I used Junk Bully's for the 1st time thanks to a quick Google search for local hauling companies. They were amazing and I am so glad I found them! We were cleaning up the yard and had lots of random things outside. We gathered the majority of the things in the driveway but also had a few things in the backyard that needed a dolly to remove. They were able to get everything hauled and dumped in 1 trip. To schedule my service, I sent a text with pictures for my quote, and then we scheduled a time. They texted me the morning of when they were 30 minutes away, and then once they arrived, I showed them where everything was, and they went to work. They even swept the driveway afterwards, which I told them they didn't have to, but they insisted. I was very impressed with how easy it was to schedule and how professional they were. I have been in business for 25+ years using a variety of Junk Removal services both on the east and west Coast. Never have I experienced what I did on a job last week. It was the owner and his wife. Note that the wife is very lovely and professional. We have worked with this company before with no issues and have in fact recommended them. For reasons that I didn't understand and he would not explain he said he would not work on our projects going forward, one which we had scheduled for the next day. He was nasty and the most I could get out of him was that our jobs were, I'm putting it nicely too messy and not worth it for them to travel so far north. We always treated them in their crew with respect and tipped handsomely. In fact, they were over two hours late and we did not mention or make issue of it. I don't know if he was just having an extremely bad day, but he was completely unprofessional and left us in a lurch for our job the following day. Unreliable at best. read more

We had a very heavy/wide old electric reclining chair to get rid of and had no idea how to get it out a narrow hallway and down 4 levels of stairs.
