I went in for my visit today and I was thrilled with how kind and knowledgeable they all were. I did my paperwork online so I did not have to waste time with paperwork. The front gal gave me an estimate of what today could cost max, which was awesome to know so your not surprised at check out. I had not had a cleaning in 5 year( I am embarrassed to say it it's the truth). Kathy took me right back she is a 30 yr experienced hygienist and it shows, she talked me through every step and made me feel at ease. During the entire process I felt no pain or discomfort at all, if anything I was just enjoying laying back and relaxing as she cleaned my teeth. Dr Graham came in after and was so patient in explaining everything that the X-rays showed, although I did have a couple cavities I did not leave stressed at all to come back. He kept asking if I had any questions because he wanted to be sure I understood everything, I truly appreciate that since not all doctors do that. When I went to check out Kathy walked me up to the the payment area and that gal was very personable . I loved how patient she was, not only scheduled my appointment but looked at my insurance to give me my estimated cost for my next visit without me asking. This office is new but I hope they are around a long time since they did a great job. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a cleaning or Dr. Graham for anyone looking for a dentist!!

You will be promised that they will only charge you what you are you will be reimbursed from your insurance company, but you will then be charged an exorbitant amount of money on top of what your insurance will reimburse you, meaning you will be out of pocket for hundreds of dollars. Their billing department will send you a bill MONTHS after your visit, and will be completely unwilling to work with you on it. I would definitely recommend you choose a different dentist practice if you have the choice.

Little story of my case, live in northern Virginia and found out Dr. Brown via my coworker, decided to give it a try and drove almost two hours to Richmond to have my my veneers done. After the first visit-initial consultation, I knew I am in a good hand who cares his patient. Dr. Brown not only gave me the options of veneers but also suggested using bonding(a much cheaper alternative). He also showed me the material and how my teeth will look like after getting all done. The office assistance Chelsea who is very friendly and most importantly very clear minded in her field of coordinating with patients need! I have to file with my insurance company and request several docs, Chelsea accommodated with my needs and arranged all in a timely manner! The lovely ladies at the front desk always greet me with a smile and are always accommodating when it comes to those pesky insurance questions. Over the last twenty-plus years I've seen several hygienists and have no complaints about any of them. All were/are good about insuring my comfort level during my routine cleanings and explaining the next steps rather than just barking, "Open. Close. Open. Close." I did have two minor surgeries with Indrani as my Dental Assistant. There aren't enough words to express what a beautiful, caring person she is and how she made sure I knew everything the dentist was going to do. Speaking of dentists, Dr. Haueis and Dr. C are both tier one doctors and people. Their energy is reflected in the vibe throughout the office. I was scheduled for a procedure with Dr. Haueis and the timing would help me use up my FSA funds. Unfortunately, he was called out of the office for a personal emergency and my appointment had to be cancelled. When the staff realized my circumstances, Dr. C fit me in the same day and I didn't lose my funds. This was the epitome of caring for the patient. I would have no qualms about recommending these fine folks to anyone, even if it meant I had to wait a little longer for an appointment!
