I called Taylor this morning crying, and she literally was an angel. I went to this location for a…read moreyear and a half before I moved to Denver and have been having trouble with getting consistent massages since and have had a few different therapists here call out day of. (I know stuff happens and it was a different therapist all three times, but I haven't been able to get a massage in over two months because of it, versus when I was at this store I was able to get consistent care) This morning I got a call my massage was canceled, and after a 13 hour night shift I was emotionally wrecked. I called Taylor to discuss my membership and she helped put my account on a freeze, giving me time to use the credits I already had and even offered to call some of the stores up here to try and see what could be done about getting me in. She made a rough morning so much better, and it just reminded me how much I missed this location and everyone there (love and miss you too Theresa!!)
