Then she moved from my feet to my arm -- a bit unusual in sequence -- and ended up only massaging one side of my body before stopping because time ran out. When I checked out, I shared some of my feedback with the front desk, but the staff seemed more focused on getting me to sign up for a membership package. After I politely declined multiple times, the receptionist directly asked how much I planned to tip the therapist, which felt uncomfortable.
