I could hear the whole conversation while I was sitting in the lobby. She told me to leave then later on changed her mind and said I could stay. I can hear her asking my family member a lot of personal questions. When the owner was asked questions she didn't even answer. I thought when you get a massage you're suppose to enjoy and relax and not get asked a lot of personal questions. When we first got there, I sneezed she came out of the room and asked me if I was coughing and if we had covid. I said, "No, we don't have covid, I just coughed. We are vaccinated." The masseuses wait for you in the hallway and greet you with a cup of cold water and ask you how are you feeling which is nice because I've been to places where they have a water machine and you're on your own. If I had anything thing bad to say, it would be that you don't get your full hour of massage time. The start from the time you walk in the room and they are asking you questions about what areas would you like them to concentrate on and then you change clothes but your hour has already start so that's about 15 minutes gone. I had a Groupon for this salon that retailed over $200.00. It was for a specific type of dye process (very involved & multiple color), special conditioning treatment, cut & style. I didn't need such a "special" dye job done, so I opted for one color only and was offered eyebrow waxing to compensate. I must say I expected better service than what I received. Here is what went wrong: 1. My hair color turned out two shades darker than we discussed. 2. I'm not sure that the 1 minute conditioner left on my hair would be summarized as "special" or intense, or worth what valued on the Groupon. 3. When she waxed my eyebrows, she got wax too far down on my lid and bruised me AND took skin off. Now I have a lovely scab on my eyelid. 4. Later that night, I wiped a glob of super dark hair dye behind my ear...gross! Should have been rinsed off. Sloppy job. 5. Being the owner/stylist, she should introduce herself.
