My friends and I…read morestopped for lunch after visiting the living history viking museum and were delighted with the quality of the food, service and upscale casual ambiance. I ordered a local German red wine to start. They also allow you to order small portions of the entrée items on their menu; so you can sample this or that. I took full advantage by ordering the spinach knoddel and the meatballs. My husband ordered the goulash. Our friends ordered the local soup and pizza. We enjoyed everything, though the meatballs were definitely our favorite. We also tried the cream pie made with local fruit. It was so good. The cream was light and yummy. The staff was very kind and accommodated our questions. The menu is only available in German, but luckily our friends translated for us. We would definitely comeback again in the future. Thank you.
