Pho Bo was fragrant, broth was light in color( you want that because it means the broth is fresh and cooked properly). I was impress they had tai and brisket in the pho. The bean sprouts, onions, and basil are at the bottom of the bowl so make sure to mix it up before eating it. This bowl of pho was also served with a lime which is the correct citrus to eat with pho and a small dish of chili sauce and the hoisin. I enjoyed my pho down the the last drops of broth which I never do. To send the meal I got a bag of fresh shrimp chips Togo. I do with they had the proper soup spoon for the pho but I think it's normal for restaurants in Germany not to have them so I may have to pack my own.
