Asian grocery might be a small store but it has plethora of Asian goodies inside. From live blue crabs, fresh fish, fresh fruits and veggies too. Asian condiments and canned goods are aplenty. They also have so many noodles and ramen to choose from. They are nice and have good service too.

Asia Grocery is smaller than other Asian markets but the store does carry enough produce, frozen foods, bakery and snacks. The aisles are a little tight so that more groceries are included. It's great that they staff 3 cashiers to make the line go faster

It's been a few years since I last reviewed Asia Grocery. The new ownership and management installed a few years ago have made some improvements. I've been shopping here for about 25 years now and hadn't seen much change in all that time. It had been allowed to deteriorate a little over the years but since new ownership took over it has been cleaned up and well maintained. Inventory, prices, organization, etc... are basically the same as before. The biggest difference is in the attitude of the staff which is now decidedly more friendly and approachable. If you have a question they are happy to provide answers. The current health pandemic caused Asia Grocery to close for a few months. My wife and I certainly missed them and are very happy they are again open for business. Like most Asian markets in this part of the 757, Asia Grocery has a wide variety of products crammed into a small space with crowded aisles. If you are pushing a shopping cart don't expect to be able to pass another customer with a cart in an aisle because most of the aisles are just too narrow. The aisles are considerably wider and easier to navigate on the side of the store where they sell fresh produce, fresh and frozen fish and seafood, frozen meats and many other frozen items. The fresh produce selection is decent and quality is good. The fresh fish and seafood is kept on ice and always of good quality. They have good prices on live blue crabs, much lower than at local seafood markets. Freezer boxes always appear to be in good working order keeping their huge selection of a great variety of frozen products ready to purchase. Anyone for durian? You can get it here, both the whole fruit or just the tasty flesh. Canned, bottled and dry goods are very plentiful with a very wide selection of products from China, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Japan, Korea and more. A wide selection of rice in bulk or smaller bags is plentiful and they have a huge selection of noodles. In addition to grocery items they carry a good supply of pots and pans, rice cookers, dishes, incense and other household items. Overall, Asia Grocery is a pretty decent place to shop. Prices are competitive across the board. Some prices are lower than their competitors, some are higher, most are about the same. They carry some items I can't find elsewhere and seem to have most everything my wife and I look for when shopping for Asian groceries. The store is located in the Hunter's Mill Shoppes which is a small shopping center with a common parking lot which affords ample parking for Asia Grocery and the other stores in the shopping center. The parking lot is generally free of trash and debris. They are open seven days a week which makes it pretty convenient.

Your typical Vietnamese grocery store. They have a descent selection of fresh seafood. I see many people enjoy getting blue crab. Downside like many asian grocery stores is a $5 minimum purchase if your are using a card.

Teeny tiny place. Old place, a little shabby and not much has changed over the years. Usually has almost everything my parents need to cook at home. Been going here since I was a kid. ...Guilty, I come here for the snacks. They have their baked goods/ready to eat food in the front across the registers on this little shelf. Stock changes daily. I've come in various times and always find something to grab for my drive. They always have Pan De Sal, Obe/Coconut bread. I like to get Hopia, palitaw, puto, sapin sapin, if it's in stock. Every once in a while they'll have Banh Cuon (vietnamese steamed rice rolls w/ meat) I never pass on these if they have it. The main lady at the registers always talks loud, don't be alarmed or offended if she talks to you, it's her voice, haha. I've gotten use to it over the years, she always remembers my family and I when we come in.

Small family Asian market. They have a nice selection of international foods, spices and meats. Not a very large vegetable selection though.

Love that they have more hot food items... seafood boils, fried chicken, lumpia, ribs, crawfish and shrimp just wish I was RICH! It was super busy today but wi the the new room it didn't seem as crowded as I'm used to. So that was nice. Found everything I was looking for and more - as usual! There were a lot of carts with items down the aisle making it hard to get around - looks as if maybe short staffed and having to fill shelves when possible. That's also to be expected. Definitely some items are pricey compared to other locations but I try to pick and choose what I'm going for. I want the items I can't get at Food Lion etc. picked up some fresh made Seafood salad today and some pico de gallo and both were great! Can't wait until I can afford to go back an really stock my shelves! They also have mochi donuts now and a spot where they make bobas. Next time!!

Classic. Then you're led straight to their abundant produce section. I stumbled upon fruits and vegetables I've never heard of before and all for a great price. It was glorious! For all you fried chicken eaters they serve the old grocery store Farm Fresh's recipe from their back counter. As well as a fish cutting counter (hence the strong seafood smell) selling a variety of fish. On the opposite end there's a restaurant inside for take out orders, and a home goods shop with various kitchen knickknacks. In the aisles they sell food from all over the world; some with packaging not even written in English. My boyfriend bought the yuca chips to try, and I suggest you do too. They were delicious. The large parking lot onsite is waiting for you.

As soon as I was about to pull out, here come the owners saying that had some save for their sister. They said they didn't want me to leave empty handed and called their sister to see if I can buy it. I was so hype! The lechon is so good! Will be back for some more! Traditionally, lechon is slowly roasted and served whole and this is the way House of Lechon does it but every Sunday they sell it by the pound with a minimum order of two pounds. Whole pigs or by the pound orders require advance orders. They are only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM but you can place your order any day (for pick up on the weekend) by calling them on the phone or sending a message on Facebook Messenger. I've ordered both ways with success. This is strictly a take out restaurant as there is no dining room. On Sundays when they sell lechon by the pound they make a little extra for walk-in customers but I highly recommend placing your order at least a day in advance. I have enjoyed partaking of the whole pig a couple of times at events and have ordered a few pounds a couple times. It is truly a wonderful dining experience. The skin is crispy and the meat is so juicy, tender and delicious. It is served with a very nice dipping sauce. You can order the whole pig, the head, shoulder/butt or belly. Check out one of my photos for the price list. As I said before, you can order lechon by the pound for Sunday pick up. Staff is friendly and pleasant when ordering and when you pick up the order. My wife and I really enjoy their delicious pork.
