Kat's is exactly that place and Elizabethtown is so incredibly lucky to have it. Kat's has all sorts of produce, products, and goodies from all over the world, all of which from what I've heard and been able to taste are beloved. They even have a frozen section for fun, tasty, exotic meats and such. I do have one glaring issue, which is most every product I looked at, especially the ones on sale, were past their expiration date. This is concerning, especially given the premium price they are asking for the products. Both the price and the freshness concern held me back quite a bit in my purchases. In spite of this, I am still so happy and proud to give Kat's five stars because I respect and appreciate their mission so much. You should absolutely come here and patronize this shop. I did tell her the price on the metal magnet with the code over the intercom telling somebody that the price of what I said was $.37 and wanted it to be checked. I did not receive the price on the tag and chose not to get them. My suggestion is to double check your prices before you put them up if you're putting product up.

My wife and I have an online account and have ordered before, being that this was a Christmas order it was fairly large to the tune of $900, the money was taken, then the order was cancelled due "potential fraud". Now this isn't the first time a situation like this has occurred, but we were assured in the past that it was a one time occurrence. Here's where this spirals out of control, apparently Walmart (although 5mins from my home) can only resolve this using a call center IN EGYPT!  I spoke with 3 managers and agents (everyone other than Aladdin was convientely named Mohammed) and was disconnected multiple times before being told that it's been sent back to my financial institution and of course given the date I won't receive the money back into my account until AFTER CHRISTMAS. Walmart is an American company and located again 5mins from my home, yet explaining the gravity of the situation is far more difficult when the person you're talking to doesn't understand the cultural relevance of Christmas.  My family won't have the Christmas that we're supposed to because American corporations don't look out for Americans. There's no doubt in my mind that this could've been resolved or even mitigated when I placed the order if Walmart carried an "America First" business model. So I'm asking you since I can't deliver the Christmas I planned to give me a gift....TAKE THESE CUSTOMER CARE CENTERS OUT OF THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES PLEASE. I'm a Disabled Veteran with 3 tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan, on a fixed income, NO WELFARE and I'm out of $900 and a very large order until after Christmas and the only people I can talk to are in Egypt, Pakistan, etc...

The employees are rude to the customers and that's if they even bother to acknowledge the customer in the first place. Many times I've gone in there and they've been far more interested in just chatting among themselves. Just feels like they don't even try since basically they are the only grocery store in town. Cash Saver could be very handy since it's just down the road from where I live and I'm physically disabled so getting around isn't always easy. However, I will just find rides to a proper grocery store as this one no longer deserves my business.

Meat and produce selection are better than they used to be. Most people will still find that they can't quite get everything on their list at this location, but it's better than it was.

Aside from just vegetables, there's several vendors that have a bunch of varieties and cuts of meat (beef, pork, chicken, lamb). There's jam, flowers, honey, baked goods, eggs, and so much more. My favorite is when they have mushrooms, and if they find a cheese vendor it's over for my bank account and my diet! I'm so happy to be able to support and get my vitamins in a sustainable, community-oriented way. I come here every week and you all should too!
