I was pleasantly surprised when the Spring Rolls included a small Salad. They were both great. Although if I were to return I would have to remember to ask for the Salad Dressing on the Side. I've noticed German restaurants generously Dress their Salads. Nice to have something nutritious with the fried. The California Roll was large and delicious. I know it seems as though you can't mess up a California Roll, but I have had bad ones before. I'm quite full!

They were good, however the only negative comment was they weren't quite warm enough in the middle. They are clearly frozen ahead of time (not a problem for me, I used to eat Lumpia that way all that time) and could stand perhaps a bit more time in the oil. They are not greasy at all and very tasty. All in all it is a good place for take out or dine in. I will certainly be back, likely on this trip and certainly if work brings me to Sindlingen again.
