Here's my story: I started Ashworth in 2022/2023 for General Studies. Everything was going well, but with my learning disability, I got a little behind. I paid for extensions twice, but I was still doing okay until February 2024, when I got COVID-19 very badly and had to pull out. I promised to keep on paying for tuition at $60 a month until it was either paid off or I returned at another time after I got well enough to be remitted. This past week I called and told them I wanted to be remitted and I wanted to switch over from General Studies to Early Childhood Education which I knew cost about $50 and still pay my $60 a month along with transferring some of the credits that I earned while doing my General Studies degree plan. Not only was the woman rude about me not paying the full $60 (because my paycheck doesn't hit my bank account until my bank opens which is 8 AM central time in Texas and I always pay on time) but she said I can still switch over but I have to cont. I am paying on the General Studies degree plan but I have to also do another account for the Early Childhood Education degree plan and start paying $79 on that account as well. I asked her what about transferring my credits from my General Studies degree plan to the Early Childhood Education degree plan she said they have to look over the classes I took and try to match them up with the Early Childhood Education... her tone of voice made me upset. After that I started crying, it was already a bad Christmas, and this woman made it worse. Looks like I have to find another college to take me if anybody will. I have worked very hard with very little pay as a cashier this past 17 years and I take care of my sister who is disabled and now I have to pay next month $90 (which changed from $60 without anybody telling me). The program is self paced and there is no hand holding in the program. They offer tutoring but it's not very helpfu. I took community college classes so I'm use to college course work. YouTube helped me a lot with my studies. I came in with 30 credits and it took me 3 years to finish part-time. I also work full time. There is a student forum to keep you motivated. I had no complaints until I was graded on an assignment with points being taken off for things that were not true. An S. McGill said There were APA formatting issues in the paper. The paper did not have in-text citations throughout. The paper did not have a header and page numbers. The references are formatted incorrectly. However my paper is numbered, and the directions did not include in-text citations and a header. I did not have a header on any of my other papers because I know it's not required for student papers. And did not explain specifically what was wrong with the APA format and references. I emailed S. McGill for explanations but didn't get a response. I call but no one answers. I make an appointment to speak to someone; a student advocate, to request someone else grade the assignment. Let me first start by saying I have been attending this school for about 3 years and have not had a problem until now. At first I was enrolled in the Vet Tech program but I changed it to General Studies in 2023. I will also add that they changed the student portal about 2 months ago and ever since then I have been having problems. Each issue is tied together however to the ultimate problem. The first issue I had is that once they changed the portal, I had to wait 3 weeks for a response as to why I couldn't access my courses. They said my payments were overdue and once I paid, my courses would open. I was confused as I have my payments set up as automatic payments. I pay anyway just to get my courses opened. I then finish my one course, and again my courses are locked. I notice that my payments show past due, again. However, I had two charges on my bank account. So I call financial services. Now, I will say whoever I spoke to was very nice and helpful, but she said there was an error in processing and that my payments had been put towards my first semester and it was overpaid by $771. She says she's going to get her supervisor to look over it to figure out what's going on and asks if it's okay to call me back as to not keep me on hold even longer. I said that's fine and that was that. Never got a call, message, nothing. So I call again and get another person who again was very nice but not too much helpful. I explain to her what I spoke to the other woman about and she takes a look and says there's a refund for the $771 but that it wasn't scheduled. So I asked if instead of a refund, we could just put it towards the other semesters since that's where it was going anyway. She says she can't do that but that she would ask her supervisor. Her supervisor says that there is no refund because it has already been rolled over to the other semesters. I ask for confirmation of this as my student portal still shows my payments as past due. She again says she can't get this for me but that if I could get into my old portal I would be able to see it. I had to tell her twice that I was unable to access my old portal and the website would just take me to the new one. She says yea I don't know, I'm not able to see that, my supervisor is able to switch back and forth. I said okay well then can she get me the confirmation of this because that's a lot of money. Mind you, my account still shows "past due" so clearly this did not happen. She says she's going to get her supervisor to call me. Never received a call so now I have to call again and ask to speak to the supervisor directly. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to do the work for them when it was their mistake. They also do not accept FAFSA, student loans, or any sort of financial assistance. So unless you have a couple grand lying around.... Choose a different college and save your time, money and energy!!! read more

I had been approval for a "life alert" product and I was not interested. So the person on the phone was being real pushy about me accepting the offer. I have spent more time trying to cut through red tape that was not disclosed before I started than I have actually completing the program I enrolled in. I honestly don't know why this school gets so many bad reviews? Maybe, I'm just fortunate to have not experienced what others had. I've nothing but praise about this school! My adult son just graduated this year and will walk on stage with me in Sept 2020! A little background about myself: I already have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from another country, and I didn't get it evaluated because I was lazy and procrastinated. I decided to go back to school in 2015, graduated with an Associate degree in Psychology. Fast forward, I had my Bachelor's degree evaluated here in the US, and now I'm back at Ashworth enrolled in the Master's program in Healthcare Administration. I do recall papers that aren't graded fast enough, but then it's different now. I submitted my project/assignment last night, and it was ranked this morning. The longest, I think, was about two days. Customer service is not bad either. They are always nice to me and professional. I'm not sure why others are having this issue. All I can say is, yes, this school is not Regionally Accredited, but it is Nationally Accredited with other distance learning accreditations. I am a caregiver to my parents and I work full time. I wanted a quick certification in Medical Billing and Coding. The way I see it, I am already certified because I am a Registered Medical Assistant with the American Medical Technologists out of Illinois. Everything I learned at Ashworth college was nothing new, and for the second time. I have been trying to change my career for about 3 years, and I am tired of trying to spell out in countless job applications what I feel I already understand about a position. I want a new career working from home. I picked up the Medical Billing and coding program. It costs about $1,000.00+ if you're looking for actual help with the online material. The school does not send you all of the books, which will walk you through their assignments easily. I ordered mine through Amazon. Yes, you do not use many chapters from the extra books you order, but they help. Mostly with SimChart, which you will never use in the real world (YouTube will help you with most of the assignments too). Everyone is using Epic. Why does Ashworth not train you on Epic? Who cares about SimChart? So anyway, I graduate within 6 months of signing up for the program. Honestly, I would have completed this course faster if I had extra spare time. I took the National Healthcareer Association exam and passed on the first try. Immediately I start applying for remote positions, thinking, "Finally, I won't have to explain to these yahoos to get my foot in the door." But you know what? In every job description, the NHA does not show up for the institutions that they are looking for you to be certified from. Did I know I was kind of going through a bootleg institution to obtain a fast certification? Yeah. I guess I just felt that I would get a certification from at least a credible institution other than the NHA. The fact that Ashworth is just Ashworth meant nothing to me. I just didn't know the NHA was so unknown. I have a Bachelor's degree on top of everything. My time is valuable. Ashworth and the National Healthcareer Association have wasted my time. If you cannot offer a condensed and lucrative certification in Medical Billing and Coding, then you should not offer this program or certification at all. It isn't recognized anywhere! Ashworth does not offer job placement assistance. I was working with "Coach Jamie," in the career services department. She was nice enough to help me with my resume, but she was straight-up going to list my high school as part of my education. I am 46 years old with a Bachelor's degree. Do not tell me that my high school needs to go on my resume. I am trusting her that my resume can be two pages long, because I think my resume needs it. But I am starting to second-guess the quality of my resume. I am just not getting hired! I called Ashworth back after 10 rejected resumes. I asked them if there was anyone that would help me with job placement. Ashworth does not help you at all. With such an unheard of certifying institution (NHA) as their partner in education, you would think they keep a list of companies on hand who actually know what the National Healthcareer Association is. Then they would be able to provide that list to students for easier transition into a new career. It would seem I am out over $1000.00. I wonder if I can get a refund? Idiots! I took a class on investing and the online book covered stocks, bonds, 401k etc. The instructor made every assignment about airport security. I contacted instructor and they said it was relatable. It would be like you taking a class on building a house and every assignment was about how to cook. I have a program that is going to be assisting me with finishing my program all I needed is a copy of my transcript. Dawn from the financial aid dept refused to give me any information or assist me with getting my transcript and told me to call the collection dept they sent me to. I have made a BBB complaint, an attorney general report, and several other agencies in regards to the fraud this school is doing. My account was paid and I should have never been sent to collections. Save yourself a lot of time, frustration and money by AVOIDING THIS COLLEGE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They lie about how the school and distance learning works. I was flat out promised that I could go at my own pace, and the that teachers were active and accessible. I was told the education I would be receiving would be current and accurate. Anybody out there still using Windows 3.1? Because that's what system they teach you about programming and test you on in COMPUTER STUDIES. I'm serious. Not what I consider current. Then even though you work your butt off, get through the coursework and pass all your tests, you don't get to move on. I turned in my final paper and got to wait almost three weeks before being allowed to move on to the next class. Another time I waited almost four weeks. Of course you get to pay for that worthless month of waiting. As you are not allowed to move on to your next class, until you know whether you got a passing grade or not. So after all that, I had straight A's in my first five classes. You get to take your mid term. Well the first class was study skills which I found completely useless. I went back to study up and found I was not allowed access to the material anymore. Since you don't get a textbook, without being able to review your out of luck. I passed a computer class, an English Composition class, a public speaking class and a psychology class. I didn't pass the 10 questions needed to pass the Study Skills exam. I couldn't review it, and since it was total garbage I was forced to deal with 7 months earlier. I couldn't move forward. IT GETS BETTER. I pay my tuition for two years IN FULL. Even though I was only a student for a semester. They have now sent me to the dirtiest, bottom feeding debt collection agency there ever was. They have reported I owe them $1,000. I have a signed contract with them for $950.00 and proof of every single penny being paid to them on time and in full. Now my perfect credit is ruined. So please don't do this to your future, this school will actually ruin your future not help you with a successful new one. After reading similar reviews I have decided to report them to the BBB, FTC and yes to the Distance Education Accrediting Commission....And I have hired an attorney. read more

I tried to get a degree from Ashworth to better my life, and do better for myself and my family. I ended up having to take care of my injured grandfather for nine months, and then help him with a severe burn that he got for another six months. During this time, my grandfather and I ended up getting Covid multiple times. When I asked Ashworth for an extension on my degrees due to everything that has been happening, I was denied any extension. I was told when I signed up with this program that if anything happened they would be willing to work with the students. This is a lie! The only way this so called college works with you is for you to start over and pay them for the same degree all over again. Any other college would work with you on extenuating circumstances, but Ashworth only will if you pay them more money again for what you have already paid for. I had a plethora of issues with this school. They don't update their curriculum often enough. Here are the bullet points of issues: 1. Changed process of how test answers were talked about to resolve issues where questions were marked wrong but they were right 2. I had a textbook that said there were associated drawings, but the drawings were never attached to my course. It took a few weeks to get those to me 3. I tried to open my 7th course and was told I couldn't because there was a semester exam due. I would click the semester exam tab and it said I didn't have a semester exam due. I called the school and they said I didn't have a semester exam due, they were unsure why I had that alert so they opened my class for me. 4. I finished my 7th course and tried to open my 8th course and was given the same "semester exam due" alert, but again, nothing listed in my semester exams. I called the school and was then informed after every 5 classes, I needed to complete a semester exam. 5. I called to get the information on setting up a proctor for my exam and gave them the information. I was told to wait for 48 hrs for my proctor to receive the access code. 48 hours arrived and no code. I called the school and was told the person who had input the proctor information "forgot to check a box" so nothing was submitted so I had to wait an additional 48 hours. 6. In my Cost Estimating course, the book keeps referring to the "companion website" which has spreadsheets to use while taking the course. I could not find this companion website and submitted a ticket. My ticket was "resolved" and said if I needed additional help to call. I was never given any information or a resolution at all, so it was not resolved. I had to call in, on the phone at work for 20+ minutes because I am on the West Coast, and was told there was nothing that could be done. The book is old, not being published anymore and nothing could be found about the companion site. The information from this book has data from 2013, it's 2019. The book was published in 2015. I asked why we were not issued the current book and was told: "I don't know, I just work here". 7. I called the school to see what my options were for a Bachelor's program and if my "free 4th semester" would transfer into that since I didn't need a 4th semester for my bachelors. I was told that I don't qualify for the free 4th semester, which was sort of odd since I was told I did when I registered, but I understood and moved on. I was transferred to someone to help me with going over my options for Bachelors. When I reached the person to help me, he told me "go on-line and look at our catalog." Not "what are you looking into", "what might you have questions on". It was very upsetting that someone who is there solely to help guide students/potential students in the right direction didn't want anything to do with that. 8. When I was taking my final exam, the math portion was flawed and caused me to fail. I had questions "solve for the equation" but the equation was a broken image. I tried 2 different browsers on 2 different computers and it was the same outcome. I called to ask for help and was on hold for a very long time that it timed me out and gave me a failing grade for my math portion. I had IT working on this and was told it was escalated. My proctor received another code and so I tried again same issue. I called Student Services and was told that I shouldn't have taken that test, IT was still working on the issue. a couple of days go by, still nothing. IT hasn't even gotten to the issue yet. I was provided a word doc version of the test just to take it but this was also after I realized and confirmed I could fail the test and be done with it because it was my final course of the degree program so the grade would not change my GPA or not allow me to graduate. 9. I reported them to the BBB because of the above issues, while I was waiting for my new "fixed" test to be sent to me. I felt like I was finally being heard and had a sigh of relief. They offered to rush me my degree and transcript but I didn't want to be difficult and cause any issues with a rush but said I was fine with the 4-6 week waiting period for my degree. They did rush me my transcript, I was just waiting for my degree. 10. 11/18/19 was the date I was officially 100% complete and in graduated status, even though I was ready to take my test 10/31/19. 12/30/19 would be my 6th week after completing school so I should have received my degree at the latest by now. I contacted the school and was told, rudely, that I needed to wait until 1/6/20. As unhappy as I was with that, I thought ok I can wait one more week. 1/6/20 comes around, no degree still. I call Student Services, they transfer me to a voicemail line. I finally get through to someone and they said: "well, you will have to wait 1-2 more weeks". Making my total wait time 9 weeks. 9! I initially enrolled in Ashworth in 2017 for my Associates in Criminal Justice. I literally just completed my degree last week!! Due to numerous breaks, lack of determination and just life in general it took me years to complete the degree. When I first signed up they offered a promotion that gave my last semester FREE and it was honored! They helped me during times i went months between courses by extending my time by 6 months (if you look in the contract I think you can get up to 3 extensions during the entire program), so I never experienced the unfriendly support reps and financial issues some of these people are complaining about. I will suggest to THOROUGHLY read your contract and save it!!! Also, please research the industry you're trying to get into because some industries require clinicals in order for degrees to be honored. I personally wouldn't choose Ashworth for anything technical or medical related (things that are hands on) because they don't offer clinicals or instructors to provide hands on experience. But going there for CJ, Business, Property management, Accounting, etc. Ashworth would be a great choice. I have not had any problems at all with this school. I am waiting on a call back now, so I can enroll for my Bachelor's. Hope this helps someone. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL!!! I have no balance due. I have completed all exams and assignments also, all exams and assignments have been graded for almost 2 months now!!! I have not received a failing grade on any one of my exam's or assignment's (3.92 GPA). Ashworth still show's me as 99% completed and is refusing to close out my FINAL Capstone course. Ashworth will not send me my MBA or my final transcript until this class closes. Even though all the assignment's have been graded and I passed the Capstone course with a grade of 98%. I have called Ashworth's TERRIBLE customer service representative's multiple times and submitted about 20 tickets. Ashworth's HORRIBLE representatives keep telling me that I have to wait and they cannot provide me with a resolution time or even a valid reason why they won't graduate me. The last representative from Ashworth said "You have to wait for the final course to be closed, that's it!" Talk about great customer service. Also, managers are never available when you call. The representative's say they will have a manager call you, when one is available. I've yet to have a manager call me back!! You pay in full, complete all of the required work and Ashworth will still refuse to send you a diploma. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL!!! read more

I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. This place is unprofessional and a complete scam. I took classes for a few weeks but something didn't feel right to me. I decided not to continue at Ashworth College, and after sitting on the phone with them for OVER TWO HOURS, my call kept being forwarded to the so-called people that would answer my question. When I finally got ahold of someone I asked them to cancel my payments and classes, I wouldn't continue attending. I was told that they would handle it. Flash forward to today, I get a letter saying they've sent it a debt collector & they want their money within 30 days. I called, was transferred again about 5 times, at least it didn't take as long as last time. I was told there were never any notes in the system about me wanting to cancel so there was nothing they could do. Wtf??? What was that conversation I had?? And because they didn't put it in the notes I have to now pay you guys $600 to avoid this scam affecting my credit? What kind of BS? This is completely unfair & I've found that this has been an experience for many when dealing with Ashworth. I wouldn't recommend this "college" to my worst enemy. You guys need to do better. I enrolled in Ashford in 2014. I started a course and couldn't comprehend what to do. I tried calling my student adviser several times and never could get through to anyone. After dealing with terrible customer service and not getting anywhere I decided it would be best to cancel. I thought that was the end of it, but... Flash forward to 2020 and I got my Credit Report saying That I owe this place over $300. I Decide to call them they said it was their enrollment fee. Then they change their answer to its a cancellation fee. Then they tell me its at a collection agency. I only logged in once, and receive nothing of value, not any of the services they provided, yet they tell me I am on the hook for this money. I called the collection agency as the customer service representative at Ashford said this is the only way to correct the issue. The collection agency said they work for Ashford and Ashford is the only people who can do anything. So I just keep getting the run around. Do not sign up for this or you will be sorry. read more

The absolute worst learning experience I've ever had. A complete waste of time, energy, and money. I graduated in October of 2019 (tuition paid in full). It is now March, 2020 and I still haven't received my degree. I have contacted student services close to a dozen times only to be informed that "it's on its way." I've had student services "expedite" the degree to several addresses after they stated that one of my addresses was "undeliverable." This is the same address I've had for decades. Still, I've yet to receive what I've paid for. Ashworth uses an outside company that prints and mails diplomas to graduates. Ashworth's staff WILL NOT provide this company's name or telephone number. Instead, they simply provide a false sense of hope to their graduates. I beg you not to attend this college. Spend your time and money elsewhere. read more

Discovered an error in one of my Real Estate Law quizzes. Brought it to the attention of Support. They refused to address it. Same error appeared in my final exam. Support ignored the request yet again. Both profoundly effected my grades. Contacted President Britt and all of the college board members. They were too cowardice to admit they'd made a drastic error. Had to file an ethics complaint against President Britt. Their minion Andrew Kachurak gave a 'blanket CYA' response accusing me, the USPS, the Board, and his own co-worker of all lying that the college never received any of my correspondence. Fortunately, the USPS' tracking capabilities put a cork in Andrew's spout of sewage. He later admitted in a personal email that he was wrong; yet unfortunately left his stink over at the BBB. Not only does this school give quizzes and final exams with bogus information, they hide like roaches when the kitchen lights come on when faced with the reality that they screwed up. I enrolled in the medical transcription career program. The program was really easy to use but the final project is different and has to be graded by a person. I submitted my final project on March 20, 2019. I still don't have a grade. I have called multiple times and all they can do is confirm that the grading is overdue and submit a ticket for them to rush the grading. This has happened twice. I decided to submit a ticket myself so I can watch it. I submitted a ticket on April 22, 2019 and still have no grade. Not sure if i am even going to get my certificate. Very disappointing.... started April 29th 2019.. and I disenrolled on April 30th 2019. That was it I thought. I recieved a bill for 400 dollars!!!!!!!!!! in June. I recieved emails and phone calls threaten to send the balance to collections. First of all I cancelled my class within the five days.. I have been out of school for a few years so I was a bit hesitant about going back. I Initially started out at a regionally accredited university where I amassed quite a few credits. I started Ashworth in 2017 to finish up my Bachelor's. (Most of my credits did transfer over) I have not had any huge issues. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because their customer service is lacking but I remember when I started College in 2006 at a state school, they were not the friendliest. :) I have noticed most complaints are from people who are not paying their bills on time/have credit issues or are not doing their due diligence in research. This college is accredited by the DEAC, so if you plan to obtain your Associate's degree and then transfer to a regionally accredited college, your credits may not transfer. It is up to the student, to do the research. I have never had any issues with billing. I pay my tuition in one payment and my books are either mailed to me or the course requires e-books which can be accessed through the student portal. Below are some helpful links that explain the difference between the accreditation. Ashworth is very much an accredited institution. If you are majoring in a profession that requires licensing (teacher, engineer, etc.) it is imperative that you find out what the requirement are for your state. All of the complaints seem to be focused on billing issues or people who are not making payments in a timely manner. If you attend a brick and mortar school and fail classes you are put on academic probation before you get booted out. I cannot say enough good things about this school. I just finished with honors and have earned an Associates of Science in Healthcare Administration. It took me a little over 2 years to complete my degree which is why I love this school. It is low pressure and you are able to take your time. It was very affordable as well as flexible. That was very important for me as I work a full time job as well as having children. There is nothing like having the feeling of graduating debt free! I saw that someone had complained about textbooks. The textbooks are included in the price of the tuition which is what makes it so affordable. Most public schools in my area don't use what my age group would consider traditional text books. My children's school does not offer hardbound books, they use online material as well as printed materials. Some of their books are online, some are a legit hard book and others are spiral bound in which they reproduced. When I asked about this I was told that due to the number of students they have, in order prevent shipment delays, sometimes they will get permission to reproduce the book. It didn't really matter to me how I got the textbook as long as I was able to finish the class, especially since I wasn't forking out tons of money on books that I may never reference again after graduation. The response time for questions was pretty quick. If some classes are crowded it may take a little longer for the teachers to grade your written assignments. I also found that what some professors considered APA format, others did not, so that was a little confusing. I also had to check over all my test when I finished. I found that they were errors on the test but when brought to an advisors attention was quickly corrected. I had unlimited access to other students in the online student portal as well as advisors at all times. I will say the student services department needs a little more training in customer service, which is a repeated concern with many students. Some of the staff in the service center are a little rude, perhaps they are just overwhelmed with the volume of students but regardless should still maintain a professional demeanor. I highly recommend this school if you need a flexible schedule and affordable tuition. I am planning to continue with this school to obtain my bachelors and then MBA. read more

Be aware of this comment. That is not true. The college didn't tell me about the application fee until was in $70. They apply the fee without notice. They enrolled the students in a hurry that they missed the required process such as orientation. Unqualified professor that's what I experienced. The professor accused me for her carelessness and imagination. The college blocks the students from all internal emails including the instructors. The classmates can't communicate with each other. So there's no support right there. I have to call the instructor or use personal email. It is an online class, but the email was not responded after many days. I texted the professor, now she realized something wrong with her a/c. It is a distant college, it took them many days to fix this technical issue. Calling the professor within the time frame that she allowed which is 2 hrs in 2 evenings from 7-9pm a week. The professor said she has just a minutes. Just think about ii. Where can you find the support from this college. The paper was graded carelessly. The professor didn't even see her own mistakes and blamed on the student. She criticized, humiliated, intimidated the student to cover her lack of support. You may be lucky. But I am going to file a complaint about this. I have nothing but good things to say about this college. Like most of you, I was skeptical about the national accreditation and reputation of the school. What I've learned over the past two years of completing my degree, is that the weight of your degree isn't in the degree itself, it's in your own professional demeanor. If I present myself professionally, confident, and knowledgeable in my interviews, employers don't care much about the fact that I have the degree except to check off that I have it. They care more about the employee they're hiring, and that they took the time to get one in the first place. Ashworth College has never tried to hide or "cover up" anything from me; when I call in with questions, they give it to me straight. I've never had any customer service issues like so many others have claimed, and I'm beginning to think the problems with customer service start with the student, not with the representative. The only academic issues I ever encountered were APA format (which is my own doing - I've always struggled with APA format) and college algebra (again, always struggled with it before.) So there was nothing wrong with any of the course materials on their end. In fact, their materials are set up in a very easy-to-learn way with their text books and 20-question exams. It's just enough for you to remember each chapter without feeling overwhelmed. I will be continuing with my Associate degree to my Bachelor degree with Ashworth. At the price and quality of education, it can't be beat. I'm living with an Ole Miss University student here in Mississippi, and I compared my college algebra class to his. Do NOT even THINK of going to this so called "university." It is a complete SCAM. I am dealing with collectors who tell me I need to get ahold of Ashworth, and then Ashworth ITSELF is giving me the run around. I have NEVER been to this school. EVER. I would give this school a -10 stars if it were available based on the fact that they are going after a NON STUDENT for money. They couldn't tell me the start date, the degree path, how many credit hours were earned, NOTHING. They even have my MAIDEN name as the account name. I haven't used my maiden name since BEFORE i was married, and that was over 13 years ago. I HAVE gotten Federal Student Loans. These guys are not on the list of school that I have gone to. If they were a legitimate school, the government would be going after me for the money that this place says I owe them.
