The box had arrived very last minute, no one could help and I was in a huge bind. They offered to do this very last minute project after hours for our family. I know this will give everyone in our family just a little bit more comfort seeing the beautiful engraving with a name instead of a cold, solid box. Not only that- but the saxophone on the urn managed to snap off during shipping. They offered to FIX it for me!! I will also say- I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never been in this type of store...but they really do quality, amazing work! I had so many ideas in my head for future projects!
