I could CRY right now because of the generosity of the owner and his daughter…read more I had called a dozen places to see if they do urn engravings (wooden, rectangular box) for a memorial happening tomorrow. The box had arrived very last minute, no one could help and I was in a huge bind. They offered to do this very last minute project after hours for our family. I know this will give everyone in our family just a little bit more comfort seeing the beautiful engraving with a name instead of a cold, solid box. Not only that- but the saxophone on the urn managed to snap off during shipping. They offered to FIX it for me!! I will also say- I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never been in this type of store...but they really do quality, amazing work! I had so many ideas in my head for future projects! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Support family owned, small business! Compassion, and empathy are such a RARE quality. It gives me hope in humanity when these acts of kindness are extended. They will never been understand what this meant to our family! I hope they stay in business for many years to come!

They did an amazing job and quickly too (though you should never wait til the last minute! I kinda committed this crime as I needed it within a week, totally my fault, but none the less they came through and I'm thankful for that). They did some font matching of other plates already had on the trophy and while I didn't care too much if they matched, they did come out almost identical so that was an awesome bonus. Customer service was also great, the guy taking my order and fulfilling my pickup was friendly and thorough with getting my order right. Anyways, I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be going back to them in the future.

I work at a college in Boston and I use Olympic Trophy for nearly everything. From an abundance of…read morenametags to plaques and trophies, these guys are excellent. Communication between myself and Olympic is great, I really couldn't ask for anything better. A simple email or short phone call and things are all set. Before they ship anything off, they send me a proof of what it will look like (so there are no mishaps) which is great. I currently deal with over 300 students at a time, and anyone who works with that many people (or college students ages 18-22) understand how there's always one or two who will lose something, got accident skipped in the order, or who will break a nametag. Whenever this happens, I embarrassingly email Olympic and they appear more than happy to make one nametag and send it out. The thing I am most pleased with is how quickly things get shipped out. For example, I send it in an order for nametags on Friday, April 20th and I just received them on Monday, April 23rd. How amazing is that! If you're looking for amazing customer service, people who ship things out SUPER quickly, and amazing products, give Olympic Trophies a try. You won't be disappointed.
