He tried fixing my car when he shouldn't have because he didn't even know what he was doing. He temporary fixed it and a week later same problem happen again. How does that happened when u replaced my car with new parts??? Also he broke the latch to pop my front hood and tried to say it was already broken. How would it already be broken if u had to pull it to fix my car???. So I took it to another guy...the mechanic said the part was glued together!! So I dished out 300$ to Peter and than another 900 to the other mechanic. After finding all that out I tried calling him. All the employees kept covering for him saying he was busy. I left messages and he never called. I had to actually go in to the store because when he supposedly fix my car he did not put all the screws back in place!!!... Worse place to go!!!!!! I would never recommend!!!!

They take my car in right away so I am not waiting half a day for minor things. They explain what is wrong and options without "mansplaining" and they make me feel like a valued customer. I am not mechanically inclined but I have developed a knack for knowing when something wasn't right with my vehicle and always felt that the mechanics I dealt with took advantage of my female status and talked me into service not necessary. Then I met Matt and his team at Baden Automotive. I cannot say enough about Matt, who as owner and team leader is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met and/or dealt with. They are in my book at the top of the ladder in service, skill and their knowledge of cars. They go above and beyond and in three years I have never felt ripped off, and often feel like I haven't paid enough. Most recently I took my car in to get my transmission replaced. They took the time to go online and find out if it was covered under warranty, something Canadian Tire did not take the time to do.
