Went here about 5 or 6 times and I thought it was ok. I practiced in the USA for a while so a few…read morepointers about this place: 1. Instructors: other than the Yin instructors (who were American), the German style Yoga is not 100% my taste. If you like something fast and rigid you might enjoy this. Not really a huge fan of microphoned instructors and found the incessant talking kind of annoying, not really positive ... stuff about pushing yourself etc - they do speak English though. Yin was chill 2. Hygiene: I guess the "German" way to practice is not to clean your mats. Nobody ever cleans a mat! If you are comfortable practicing on mats that are covered with layers of sweat and germs and open to fungus and athletes foot maybe you are a better Yogi than me. I personally am not a huge fan of smelling other people's dried sweat in Adho mukha śvānāsana and have no problem cleaning mats ... anyway I guess: bring your own mat or a towel 3. Cost: This place is not cheap! Definitely a capitalist enterprise in that they don't cap class sizes at all. Get there early for the popular classes. But if you don't mind squeezing in to a class w 50-60 others and paying about 25 euros a class this spot might be for you! Namaste

The students aren't pretentious and you never get that "competitive, who can be the bendy-est" feeling. Located conveniently in Kreuzberg 36, EYB offers a friendly, welcoming environment that encourages inclusivity and harmony amongst it's students. It's warm there and the classes are great. Pinelopi's classes are the absolute best because she finds away to encourage you to grow while you are respecting your own limits. I'll certainly be back!!

There were two instructors in class, with one adjusting. I've never taken a Bikram class with this level of attention (ah, German engineering at it's finest) and I feel like this class alone was a booster pack to my entire decade + long practice. If your idea of relaxation is torturesome detoxification, then I strongly recommend a grueling session at Yoga and More. (the relaxation is the reward). The studio itself is beautiful and the heated room has hardwood floors which is always preferential to carpet. 10 Euro for 10 classes intro special makes even one class cost effective.

Really hope this studio figures out how to increase humidity and the heat. I'd happily pay more for a better class.
