The place is clean thus far, but I don't care for the strong pee smell in certain areas and I'm not speaking of the restrooms either. My granny is very picky but she seems to like the food there and she seems more sociable with the others there, I really wonder what 80 year olders talk about. Oh well I will give an update later this week and follow-up on a need to know basis. Putting your loved ones in the care of others is hard, but families must be diligent about visiting on a daily basis if they can and mines can. If any of you have loved ones in a facility PLEASE take the time to visit and check on them on a regular, it really brightens their spirits, and it doesn't have to be a family member, go adopt someone as your grandparent that NO one ever visit.

Although I'd like to think I am just that memorable, she had to have taken good notes and she seems very sincere. She got my glasses right from the start. I am hard to fit for contacts and she saw me at least 5 times making minor adjustments to try to get my contacts comfortable and my vision just so. She always seemed very patient, competent, and I was always put at ease.

He was sympathetic to my short timeframe on having to locate a vendor to install all of our equipment in a period of just 4 days. He and his installation team worked out a custom schedule that allowed us to bring 1 vehicle per day at 8 AM and they retrofitted each one in approximately 2 hours each. The installation was flawless and their personalized service made a lifelong customer out of me. The "shop" is huge and had at least 10-12 vehicles in it; and there was room for an additional 10 or more cars. Also, the shop is impeccably clean. Lastly, Fleet Safety carries a few fully outfitted emergency vehicles that you can purchase directly from them.

I ended up on the fleet safety website and quickly found what I needed. However I received an email a few days later from Patrick stating that the lights I ordered would take 4 weeks to come in. Patrick offered to change my order to some similar lights that the company had in stock at no additional charge so that I could receive the order sooner. Upon receiving the order one of the lights that was shipped was the incorrect light. After notifying Patrick via email that this occurred he quickly identify the correct light and had it shipped immediately again at no additional charge. We have since decided to keep the incorrect light and order an additional light to be used on a different vehicle. In the end outstanding customer service and quickly addressing any issues that arose fleet safety equipment has a new customer for all future emergency light needs. Mike, Louisiana
