    They don't have a military discount but they do have a Black FridaySale. They greeted us nicely and were friendly.

    I ordered the Carnaby set in September. I was told that delivery would take place some time I'm October. Then it was mid-October, beginning of November, until it was finally ready the first week of December. I understand COVID has pushed things back but four months later is a little ridiculous. And when I called sometimes I would get "well you can just cancel". After four months and countless measurements I was confused by that response. The couch was finally delivered. Given the time spot between 3pm-7pm on a rainy day. The delivery happened at 6:35 in the dark and mud. The couch was fine regardless and I love the piece. However, the delivery company left all the trash on the side of my house. Boxes left out in the rain, the plastic coverings flying around. This was unacceptable especially because paying for delivery was a big expense in itself. I was polite the entire time but this seems a little unacceptable given the amount I'm spending on the couch and delivery.

    Leg of coffee table. "Wood" is peeling not even a month after having it.

    UPDATE- After hearing from Customer service on my first bad review they attempted to make things right. However, a month and a half later I have heard zero on my new table even after reaching out multiple times. Ashley furniture is not worth the price and definitely not worth the headache. Leg of coffee table "wood" is peeling off less then a month after getting it. Terrible quality furniture. Would never recommend. After speaking to Jessica from customer service I wanted to update my review! She was amazing and got ya replacement table legs in an incredibly timely manner. Thanks Jessica for your great customer service!

    Hands down an all around wonderful experience. We were greeted and shown to a few examples of what we were looking for. At no point did I feel trapped or like I was being pushed. Our salesman Eric was hilarious, knowledgeable in their products and very friendly. He let us decide things on our own and wasn't pushy at all. My husband HATED shopping at the other stores we went to but was actually happy and excited about our purchase with Eric. Cindy, who rang us up was informative and awesome. Scott the manager and Scott the assistant manager, were also both friendly and upbeat. I would highly recommend coming here. They were all awesome.

I shopped all day and went to many different mattress stores and dealt with some of the slimiest salesmen from Paymour & Flanigan, so I was quite annoyed by the time I got here. Let me tell you that my mood completely did a 180: Instead of trying to pitch me USELESS details (i.e. 'this mattress has x amount of coils, blah blah blah'), Earl guided me through the physics of how each different mattress type works. He didn't insist on any specific mattress, he let me pick the one I wanted. He was incredibly patient, and I even ran back and forth between 2 mattresses that sat at opposite ends of the store. Service here is phenomenal. It doesn't even end there: we had several phone exchanges after we made the deal; I wanted to upgrade the mattress model that I ordered to a higher end one. They said no problem, and they delivered on time. Mattress was wrapped and did not get dirtied during delivery. Excellent service. This is a family owned business, and they don't play around. They will not feed you bs that big box stores will feed you about prices being locked. They want you to be happy, and happy you will be if you decide to come here to shop for a mattress. They offer competitive pricing, and to top it off, the zero interest financing is longer than any other store in the area. You really owe it to yourself to pay this place a visit!

    do not purchase from this store until you read the back of the contract... if your mattress when…read moredelivered isn't what you ordered they're are no refunds. mattresses are non returnable per their contract and they only do 1 comfort exchange, so if they replace one, your stuck with it if isn't right. no refunds! the owner andy is rude and kept cutting me off when i was trying to explain that is was defective. so you can go to costco and they have a no question asked policy on returns...buers beware the owner andy b....b for bloom replied as the business manager.... he left a few things out. like my sister had to leave before she could even see our test the mattress because she cut herself badly and had to go get medical attention. she left these men in her home alone and when she called the next day she was told to wait until wednesday. why tell her to wait, you don't take the mattresses back and you don't do refunds? and he fails to tell you he was so rude to my sister she was crying. i called and he was rude to me by cutting me off when i would try to explain why the mattress was not like the one at the store. speaking over me not letting me finish a sentence... bottom line.. he is trying to justify bad business and rudeness. another update: on another review post he says that he resolved the issue with the actual customer (my sister who just lost her husband of 50 yrs) which is a lie. he didn't resolve anything. and now has informed her that unless i take down my posts that he will not bring back the original boxspring. so now he's not only a rude man, and bad businessman, he's resorting to extortion? holding a boxspring hostage? i will not take down my post until you apologize to my sister and fix the problem you yourself had created. apolitical or my post stands. and keep putting lies and i'm going to put a copy of the actual receipt on here and let people see for themselves what they should expect when purchasing from you.

We were scheduled for a delivery and received multiple SMS updates showing the drivers' distance and expected arrival time. Despite this, our Ring camera never activated, and neither my husband nor I received a phone call indicating that the delivery team had arrived. When my husband attempted to call the number provided for "Jose," who had been texting delivery updates, there was no answer. Shortly afterward, we were informed that our delivery would need to be rescheduled--seven days out--with no refund for the delivery fee, despite the failed attempt being no fault of ours. After speaking with three different managers, the customer service we received was consistently poor. We were offered only a $100 credit instead of the full refund we requested for the delivery charge. In researching further, I've now learned that this type of unprofessional behavior is unfortunately common for Bob's Discount Furniture. Needless to say, we will not be returning as customers. We can only hope the furniture quality is better than the service we have received so far. If you value reliability and professionalism, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere--Raymour & Flanigan or Ashley would have been the better choice in hindsight. Stay away from this business! Update: No delivery attempt based upon review of the home security system camera!

    I originally researched online to determine the mattress that I settled on. I then went into the…read morelocal store to try it out. They didn't have it available but suggested I try another one that was similar (different brand). I was happy enough with that and had yet to decide 100% to buy. So I went home that day and did more research. I did decide to choose that mattress. Online, I had one price. I went back in store to actually buy though because I wanted the salesperson who helped me a couple days before to get any commission she might receive. Her price in store was $50 higher. She called the manager to see if they could match the online price. Couldn't contact the manager. I left my number and said I would wait to buy online until I heard back from her. Never did. So I purchased online. Or so I thought I did. They confirmed my order and charged me and then within minutes sent me an email that the Dreamcloud mattress line was no longer available through Mattress Warehouse. But it's STILL available for you to buy on their website and ship them your money for a week and a half to two weeks. They offered to substitute two cheaper mattesses "at no additional cost." (Both were less than half as expensive as the one I'd just "bought.") When I declined that generous offer, I was informed I'd get a refund in 10-12 days. I contacted their online customer service and that was a poor experience too. I hesitate to even call that customer service. A very poor experience with this company altogether. If their customer service had been at all apologetic or helpful, I wouldn't have felt inclined to leave this review which I hope helps others to perhaps avoid their poor business practices. Specifically, do not purchase anything from their Dreamcloud line. You'll just tie up your money for a couple of weeks and will still be no closer to having a new mattress. Edit- This was not the Wilmington store. My review is primarily about my online experience.
