The reclining sofa and chair sank after a month of use. Feels like sitting on the frame. A piece that goes around the round wooden table doesn't meet. E I was told I had to return and get the same items or replace with another. I sat on EVERY couch in the showroom, looked at all online several times Came back a second time in a month or more, no new arrivals. Someone in the back office said they have had issues with this furniture. The only person that apologized for what happened was the salesperson. They also insist that you come to the same store with the same salesperson, not at my convince. They are fully aware that it is a 3 hour round trip and my Mother's health is declining. Headaches all the way around. I won't be doing business with this company again. They ordered the wrong color table, and the hardware for the buffet wasn't delivered. Now we're waiting for the correct table and hardware for the buffet, and they are late, again. Customer service was terrible. Why can't we get the hardware for a very expensive buffet? I've attempted twice in the last 5 months to get Ashley furniture to back up their extended warranty I purchased in good faith at the point of purchase and they have been sending me around in circles (my guess is to avoid the issues I have till the warranty expires). I purchased this couch in good faith believing that their quality of workmanship was superior to the previous couch we replaced that lasted over 10 yrs. This one from Ashley Furniture is just 2yrs old. I paid twice the price for less quality and to find out their warranty is worthless. Over the years, my wife and I have bought quite a bit of Furniture from Ashley Furniture. On two past occasions, we furnished two entire homes at Ashley Furnitur; one in Tennessee, the other in Alabama. So being a "Loyal" Ashley customer, when we bought our home in Perdido Key Fl, we visited this store, bought three sets of lamps, two end table with a matching cocktail table, two couches with double recliners, as well as a recline/chair. We were then quoted close to $400 for "Delivery & Setup" Needless to say, I thought it was ridiculous and opted for just the "Free delivery", ONLY because my wife fell in love with the furniture, and I didn't want to disappoint her. All this being said, we still need to buy 5 bar stools, and 4 complete bedroom sets, but I can say, that Ashley Furniture, lost a longtime customer, over their business practices at this location. I will also like to add, that the recliner/chair, has leather damage, and now we're waiting for a "Replacement" arm, to be shipped to our home, then, they will schedule a tech to come out to replace it. I've ordered bedroom furniture last August 2021. It is now March 2022. They told me it would be 8-12 weeks. Thought that was a little long, but agreed anyway. Almost 9 months later and I still don't have the complete set. My sales person was Marshall Coats. Decided to shop around, and low and behold I found them on Amazon for close to the same price at a 2 week delivery time. Buyer beware, they sell items they don't have or items that are out of stock. Which I think is illegal? When I ask for an update none of the customer service reps can give a straight answer. Just the same response. "our warehouse hasn't received it" not even a tracking number or anything. Not even when they expect it to ship or when the item is going to be back in stock. Nothing!! When we shopped here in September 2020, we made it clear that we were preparing to PCS to AZ. Yet, our salesperson pushed the protection plan on us, which we purchased. Along with a dining set, couch, and recliner; spending upwards of $3,000. We picked up our furniture still in boxes and had our LTL carrier deliver to AZ. Recently, I was approved for a warranty exchange on our dining table. Authorizing us to select a new table, however, because we moved out of the area, Guardian won't honor it and Ashley's corporate liaison for Guardian, won't honor it. Their company values include integrity and a commitment to honesty. They acknowledge their employee's unethical conduct, however, their actions stop there. This is one of two stores in the Pensacola area serving active duty military and their families, along with the Pensacola community. The fact that your store can acknowledge the lack of integrity and honesty, and do nothing to honor your agreement, is shameful. MILITARY BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE PROTECTION PLANS FOR YOUR FURNITURE IF YOU ARE MOVING OUT OF THE AREA. In fact, don't shop here at all. I bought a mattress last week. I was going to order it online which assured delivery on the following Saturday. I went by this Ashley to get my account number. They asked what I was ordering and said they could order it for me. Against my better judgement I agreed. There was a gentleman who had followed me over that looked like he may need this modest sale. So he writes me up. Took forever. Had to remind them of the free delivery to get the price matched. After asking several times I was told each time it would be here before Christmas. I finally left with my receipt. After receiving no delivery communication or the delivery I contacted the website IM. They are not affiliated with this location. Gave me the local number. Got put on hold forever even with a zero minute wait time. So I went up there. I told the Manager the situation. He found the order and said there was no way it would be here for Christmas. So my money was refunded. That's it. I got an I'm sorry. This wouldn't bother me so bad if they wouldn't have meddled in the order anyway. Now I'm scrambling to replace this item. Doubt I will purchase from them again. I just feel like something could have been done. I would have paid a couple more bucks for a different model. Not even suggested by them. I am highly upset and very disappointed in Ashley Furniture as a whole.. For over 25 years I have made major purchases from Ashley HomeStore with no problem; until 2021. On December 23rd I went into the store and I ordered a rug, sofa, loveseat, chair, dining room table and chairs, Roanley console table and a Tyler Creek lift table. At that time I was told that my purchase could take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks before I received my merchandise. No problem....so I thought! In January I received a call that my rug was in and that they were waiting on my other merchandise...okay. Then the end of January I was going to call that my dining room was in and ready to schedule for delivery The delivery was scheduled for Friday, so I took off work to receive it. Then Thursday came and I called to confirm my delivery and was told that no it would not be out on Friday, this sales lady never gave them the order. That was a lie because I heard her when she was talking to whoever ask them to please schedule me for that Friday and I heard them say okay. Nevertheless I had to take off again just in order to get the rug and the dining room set. Then in February I am told that my love seat is in and I asked what is the major problem that I'm not receiving all my belongings together because I was told 4 to 8 weeks. At which time I was politely told that whoever told me that was wrong you're generally takes anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks and that due to the ports not being able to handle the shipping coming in and a material shortage that it would be 4 to 16 weeks. I was also told that if I looked at my contract; that I would see that is standard shipping was 4 to 16 weeks. And not wanting to be ugly or in conflict I looked at my contract and nowhere on there did it say anything about 4 to 16 weeks for delivery. So again still waiting on my merchandise. Then the when they bring the love seat and turn it over to put the legs on I noticed there's something that looks like spilled milk under the bottom. I mentioned it and they said oh that's probably just dust from the bottom of the truck. No I bought furniture too many times and know too much about the furniture for you to try to pass off something spilled on the bottom of that love seat. Addition to the stains on the bottom other loveseat their worst things also on the arms and the left back side upper corner of the love seat. As well as the love seat was not a creamy beige but more like a light gray. I called several times with the promise that someone would get back with me and no one did, so I made a complaint. At the end of February 1st part of March I get a call saying that my chair is in..... Still missing the rest of my merchandise; every time I decide well you know I'm giving the benefit of that and I guess I'll go ahead and order the end tables..... Mid-march they bring in someone from scottgard protection who verifies and solidifies that the love seat does not match and that the love seat is not the color that is on the contract. Also the following week I get a call about the couch. Okay so here it is 3 months and I finally have a dining room and most of the living room furniture but I have no console table, end table, or this table. I asked about why they keep saying we're just waiting on your console table and nothing about the lift table; only to be informed that there was never a list of ordered Really I know what I told your sales woman Susan/Suzanne at the time of the original purchase. So another error on Ashley Home Store end. Like the end tables (which I know I really did not order because I didn't think I was going to be able to fit them in my apartment) now I have to order the lift table. And last still no Roanley console table!!!! Yet I keep getting all of these emails saying that available for immediate delivery, in stores now, great savings etc; which really makes me angry because if you have my stuff in stock and ready for immediate delivery; why are you not delivering my belongings? And then the camel's back is; I call today Tuesday April 26th to be told that oh you're in tables are in but we still don't have your console table or your left table. Wow! It takes less than 2 months to get my end tables but I still haven't got my console table or the lift table that was supposedly ordered at the same time that everything else was ordered in December? And if that part is no one has called and apologized or even attempted to act like they care whether or not I was satisfied, nor ask me if there was any way they can compensate me for the time and the inconvenience that it cost me and I'm not delivering my order! That's bad business! I don't care how you look at it! Anytime you have a dissatisfied or disgruntled customer; you almost always offer your sincerest apologies and try to make a bad situation better, Instead of an apology or anything; I have been ignored! I went into the store and ordered a bedroom suit for my granddaughter who's turning 18. I told the sales person, Tim Luppard it was for her 18th birthday. They were to deliver the furniture tomorrow, and have it set up so she would have a surprise for her 18th birthday party! I got a call to tell me that the nightstand was undeliverable due to damage and they couldn't bring a different one. I explained that it was a surprise for a birthday party and ask if they would please get one from another store or bring the floor model or do something to compensate. I was told no. Then I was told I can cancel the stand and not have to pay for it instead of offering me a discount or giving me the nightstand for free, etc. I paid a lot of money for a bedroom suit and was treated rudely by customer support. They made zero effort and didn't even apologize. When I told her this was very upsetting because it was a birthday surprise, she basically said nothing. Went to Ashley Outlet-Pensacola. We were very disappointed in the customer service we didn't receive when we went back to get another piece for the sectional we had recently purchased and pick out some end tables. We walked in and not one time was spoken to, no greeting like the first time we had been there back in June. Other customers had been addressed after we had walked in, they were not busy at all. We had been seen by the associates and waited patiently for one to in the least acknowledge us. We had walked the entire showroom twice looking at everything, even walked past the backroom associate. NOTHING! As we walked out after being blatantly ignored, we passed two of the sales guys, one of them made eye contact and just walked away. I guess we didn't look like the ideal customers that day. Luckily, when we dropped $$$$ on a reclining sectional back in June, Sales Lady Shannon was a rockstar! She sat with us on every single sofa we tried out, she listened and discussed every aspect of what we were wanting. So clearly the males in this store are not interested in making commission. Unfortunately, we have to go back, seeing as this is where our sectional piece has to come from, but will only be going to see Shannon. read more

We had a great experience at this Ashley Store. We went looking to upgrade our current bed to a king size. Sierra greeted us when we walked in and showed us the floor plan of the store. She let us know of the multiple sales happening and let us wander to look at the all options. Sierra was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. She showed us all the mattresses and explained the differences between them to help us find the perfect one. We went to a different store to look for more options but came back and purchased a bed frame and mattress from Sierra. She made the process super easy and we felt excited leaving the store to get our new bed. Would definitely recommend! read more

After reading many reviews across many different sites; we were apprehensive about using Ashley. We however had been searching for some time for a new sofa. We knew the features we wanted and had not found anything we felt was a fair deal. So we looked at Ashley and met quite possibly the best sales person we have encountered. Chris Daigle patiently listened to what we were looking for and showed us several sofas until we decided on one we liked for the price. Chris was friendly, not pushy, knew his inventory, and seemed to genuinely care that we had come into the store. The sale went smoothly. There was a slight hiccup in the unit delivered approximately 10 days later. A call to Ashley customer service concerning this was taken care of and a new unit was scheduled quickly. Again, a really easy and friendly conversation. Customer service was very easy to deal with and I think went out of their way to make up for the mistake. When I went back to the store just to let our salesman (Chris) know what happened; he already had all the details. He met me on the floor and before I could say much, he admitted it was actually his mistake, he had already spoken to management, and had a more than fair solution already approved. I was elated by the customer service and Chris's positive attitude and willingness to admit a mistake. I am old fashioned, I don't care how big or small of a mistake a person makes. If that person admits the mistake and has a solution ready, he/she has earned my respect and loyalty. We all make mistakes, it's how you handle that mistake that defines your character. Went to several stores and shopped online for a new King-sized bed, mattress and base. Most retailers did an OK job, but we got sold at Ashley. We probably burned half of Brittany's day sampling everything they had to offer. Eventually settled on one more than I had planned... but it was a perfect set. Then, when it was delivered, we eventually discovered that the top-of-line base doesn't fit a standard king bed - the the base is too wide for the side rails. We went back and forth with Ashley...even having an "engineer" come out to see what could be done. Their final answer was that we would have to select either a different base or different bed. One problem: we liked them both. Short story long, I purchased bare boards myself and brackets. Made side rails that would fit. That way we got the bed/base/mattress set we LOVE and it fits.... and a $200 statement credit for our trouble. Best part of all was the continued support of Brittany and the CSRs at Ashley Home Store. One side note: Read the fine print on their extended warranty they push - specifically the exclusions. We moved to the area with zero bedroom furniture and ordered a complete bedroom suite the last weekend of August of 2021. It is now the beginning of February of 2022 and still no bedroom furniture. We get updates about once a month telling us that they still dont have our furniture and when I call customer support they have no idea when I'll get it. My chest is ready for delivery and the footboard, I think. I'm on the verge of cancelling our entire order and going elsewhere. We bought a sofa and ottoman early October and was told it would take up to 14 weeks to get it. We called early December to check and we're told the ottoman was in and they were waiting for the rest of the order to come in. Last week we were told the sofa was in but not the ottoman and they were going to offer us a complimentary "partial delivery". When asked what happened to the ottoman they told us we were never told it had arrived. Then they admitted letting someone else get it. So no we wait again. This is our first furniture shopping experience and it has NOT been good. We purchased a sectional couch and a dinning room table set the beginning of May. Our delivery was set for may 26 and a week before that date we received a call saying our couch is on back order and we won't be getting it that date but could get the table set still. What an amazing experience!! Today my wife and my parents and I have been to six different furniture stores in the Pensacola areas to furnish our newly built home. But we didn't see anything that my wife and myself feel that is right for our home. Enter Ashley Home Store in Pensacola. My first impression walking in is the whole store is huge!! Second, Michelle the salesperson, helped us and let us browse around the store. And during the exploration, we found the couch we love and at the same time a whole bedroom set! And Michelle totally helped us out with military discounts, deals, and cost savings! And she informed us on warranties and protection for our new furniture. If I could give them a big fat ZERO I would! Worst customer service ever and all you get is the run around with no clear answers! I spent over $4000 for a new sectional and it was delivered in June 2022 and 2 pieces was damaged! Instead of replacing the pieces they tell me they would just repair it and have the fabric shipped to my home for someone to repair! Btw I paid extra for the protection plan too! So here we are in the middle of September and have only got one part of the replacement fabric( was told it would be here by September) and when we called customer service, I'm told now it won't be until October! All they do is give you the run around and only care about making the sale! They don't care about how long they make you wait since they already got your money! By the time I even get this "fabric" and get it repaired it will surpass 6 months! Everyone who has had issue needs to report them to the BBB!! They are misleading all their customers on their merchandise and buyer beware! I wished I NEVER bought anything from them and will NEVER buy anything from them again! I went to Ashleys to buy quality furniture for our new home. Customer service was and is amazing. I LOVE my furniture and each person that has helped me has been SUPER. I bought my furniture in December and was told it would likely take until February or March to get mt furniture. When The sofa arrived in February (YAAA!), the Kitchen table (no chairs) arrived in March along with nightstands and dressers. It's April and I still have no dining chairs and I'm still waiting on a desk. They told me because of COVID wait times where long, but this is ridiculous. Though I love my furniture I'm pretty disappointed in the wait time. I won't shop Ashley again unless it's a quicker delivery item. 1-2 months is reasonable.3+ months in not acceptable. read more

Approximately three months ago I purchased a Beautiful Queen Bed with delivery and set up. Delivery was sooner than I anticipated and all seemed to have gone well until after set up, I noticed they left one of the legs off the Bed. When I called Ashley, they were very prompt in sending someone out. The leg wouldn't fit, and so a whole bottom piece with drawers had to be ordered. And I'm still waiting!! I have called 4 times within the last few months only to be told the parts/piece wouldn't be in until the beginning of the year? I am pretty angry about paying a lot of money for what is basically a defective bed, and I'm not happy with being put off by their Customer Service Dept. Since no one at Ashley seems to know when the bed will get fixed, I told them they could come and get the bed and give me my money back. I was told that probably wouldn't happen. Ashley Customer Service makes a lot of excuses for their issues/problems, which shouldn't be the Customer's problem, and yet, they seem unwilling to offer any kind of support or solutions. Tim was a great person to help us pick the right mattress for us. He wasn't pushy when we were shopping for new bedroom furniture. He gave us space. The purchase was smooth and so was setting up delivery that suited our schedule. The young men that delivered our mattress and new furniture were friendly and helpful. Terrible customer service. My wife and I purchased a mattress and frame from the store and told we would be contacted in a week for delivery. After waiting three weeks we never received a call. So we decided to just get a refund. My wife called and was told that someone from the refund department would be in contact with her in 3-5 business days. They never called, so we went to the store where made the purchase and Arthur tells us the same exact thing. That we can purchase things there, but the refund department has to talk to us. Why do I have to explain myself to a refund department to get out money back for merchandise that was never delivered as promised. If you value your money and want to do business with a company that won't be shady then definitely shop somewhere other than this place. They are completely non apologetic for any of this, instead I was told "I'm sorry you feel that way", in concerns to the Refund department. We just want a refund. read more

I ordered bedroom furniture 3 weeks ago. With a scheduled delivery for today by 4:30 then it was 6:30. Then it was 8:30 pm. To make it worse the salesperson made the sale from me over the phone. I called her paid over the phone because I knew what I wanted. Then they charged me 140.00 for the delivery That has not made it yet. I took a full day off work for this and drove 4 hours to be here. I will never buy any thing again from them Never..... I will post this to Facebook's page so at least everyone knows Let me be clear I not it local to be sure it would be delivered on time That would be the Pensacola store Why wasn't I first on the delivery today I paid 3 weeks ago I advise people do not buy from them I will never again read more
