I was asked if I wanted 0% financing and said no after they finally told me 'financing' meant getting their credit card. I found out weeks later that they still did a hard pull on my credit and sent me a credit card. I'm sure that helped someone's quota. read more

We drove 2 hours to go to this store. Bought $2100+ living room furniture March 4th. We were told to expect delivery in about 2 weeks. After many phone calls (to them, never from them) we've finally received all pieces June 8th. 3 months! Both of us spoke to the "manager " Chris McPherson several times. Always told he'd get right back to us. He never called back. Was miraculously never there the next day when I'd call. I've never dealt with a business with such terrible customer service. The delivery guys are awesome, but that's all I have to say that's positive. Wish I could give negative stars because 0 is too high. They've lost good customers, we'll never be back. I promise that we'll spread the word to everyone we know. read more

Bought a sofa and love seat set that broke after only 6 months. Called to have it repaired since it was under a year and a tech was sent out. Tech could not fix it so they took it to the warehouse to have it fixed. When they realized they still could not fix it, they called and asked when they could deliver my BROKEN couch back to me. Refused to offer any other form of assistance and was given a run around of how it was no longer under warranty. I would say the fact that the couch lasted only six months speaks for itself. I always went to Ashley's for furniture purchases and will no longer be doing business with them. Terrible customer service. read more

Went to the Ashley Homestore in Olean to buy a recliner and possibly a couch, after not being approached by a sales person my husband and I continued to walk through the store looking at furniture. Finally we were asked by a gentleman if he could help us. We asked where the recliners were located and he pointed in a direction and just walked away. Came back a few minutes later, asked if we saw anything we liked and walked away again. He acted like he could not be bothered to wait on us. We had no one to ask any questions to. We finally gave up after being ignored and found out as we were leaving the store why he did not want to wait on us as lunch was being delivered and he was headed to the break room. Don't think we will shop at Ashley again. Spent a lot of money there in the past, but not again! read more

I went in looking for a night stand. Even though they knew I wasn't making a large purchase, they still treated me amazingly. A salesperson walked over the entire (huge) store helping me find just the right stand from their giant collection. I didn't need anything fancy, but what I ended up with was so much better than I ever expected and fit perfectly. read more

I cannot put o stars or I would. I purchased a sofa here for $1259 plu bought their $199 warranty on 10/23/19. Told to expect delivery on 11/16. Delivery time came but it was not the correct piece of furniture. They sent us the love seat version. They said they could leave this one here until the new one arrived. In the process moving furniture for Christmas the loveseat was torn. We notified the store immediately and they said that we are not liable because of the mixup. When we called they said that it was good because when they looked into it they realized that they ordered the wrong couch again. They did not give us a new delivery date. I called for a delivery date they told me that it would be 1/11/20. I told them this was unacceptable and would just like my money back. They said that they would get me my sofa by 12/21/19 along with some compensation. That delivery did not happen. So I called on 12/23/19 and was notified that the delivery day would again be 1/11/20. I again requested a refund. They said they would have to pick up the other sofa and mail a check within 7-10 business days. They came and picked it up and called me and told me that due to the damage they would not refund my money. read more

Ashleys furniture has called and has fixed my problem with delivery. She was very nice and very understanding. Upon delivery we did have a piece of furniture damaged which is a little bit fustrating. But the deliver guys were very good about everything. read more
