My 73 year old mother has an old sofa and stated that it is now starting to really hurt her back, so I told her we would go out today to look at a new one. I told her we would be very safe and I brought masks, gloves and disinfectant wipes and off we went. We first went to Steinhafels and immediately entering the establishment there was disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer. We were met from a long distance by a hostess wearing a mask and she proceeded to let us know their procedures to keep us safe and all staff and the clientele were ALL wearing masks. We then went to Slumberland and right in the door they had masks and disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer. ALL staff and clientele were in masks. Very accomodating and kind. We then went to Ashley Furniture where there were no accomodations as we walked in the door. We were immediately met by a sales person, no mask, who started to walk up to us and I had to hold my hand up and shoot him a dirty look to let him know to keep his distance, we then noticed that NO STAFF members and the majority of clientele were not wearing masks, we were shocked by this and immediately left the building with my mother stating, "I would never give this establishment my money". I would like to note that we did see sanitizing wipes way to the side of the entrance which we did not see until we were leaving the building. So I came home and shared this story with my husband and he stated, "well what do you expect, the owner is a known walker and trump supporter" and I stated, "it shouldn't matter what your political affiliation is, it is simple common human decency!" So Ashley Furniture showed to us today that they have no interest in their patrons safety and well being and I can guarantee that my family and my friends and everyone I meet in the future will hear this story and Ashley Furniture complete lack of decency and concern for their patrons!!! As a side note, in the 3 minutes we were in the store we noticed the prices were the same as the other stores we shopped at today, but the quality of their furniture was cheap looking! I don't even know where to begin with this review. I would give no stars if that was even possible. Once the sale is made, they cannot be bothered if you encounter issues. They pay lip service to "Make things right", but don't follow through. I purchased a dining room set, bedroom set, entertainment center, and mattress and box spring back in February. All pieces were to be delivered March 11th. On the day of delivery I took off work and waited. I was notified my delivery would happen sometime between 12 and 4. At 7:15 that evening I was notified that my delivery was canceled. It would have been one thing if that was the extent of the issues I encountered but it was far from it. My delivery was rescheduled to March 17th. When they arrived that day, I was told that they forgot my box spring and one of my chairs was damaged. They would need to have those delivered on a different date. They brought in the other pieces and left. After they left, I noticed they did not actuallassemble the entertainment center, shelves and handles were inside the piece. So I called in to the Madison store and was told they would make things right. I was supposed to hear from the delivery team on a new date and a floor manager would contact me to discuss compensation for all the screw ups. A new delivery date was set for April 2nd but I didn't not hear from the floor manager. On April 2nd, the delivery comes but they did not have the box spring . I have to wait, AGAIN, for another delivery date. Finally, the box spring was scheduled to be delivered on April 18th. They placed the box spring against my house and took off. Without any notice, no door bell. nothing. I don't even know when it was put out there. When we got it inside and got the plastic off, we found the piece wet. Not just a little wet but fully damp. I called the store and was again told that a floor manager would be contacting me. The box spring is now out in my garage waiting for Ashley to pick it up. This has been the worst furniture buying experience and would not recommend spending your money at this store. read more

Ashley has a policy of non-cancellation of special orders. Trouble is, most everything is a special order. We ordered a bed, special order, to be delivered several months from the purchase date. The day before delivery we received a text saying the bed was damaged. Because we needed a bed to sleep on I asked to cancel the order so we could buy a bed and get it immediately. Even though the reason I asked for a cancellation was because of their fault, their Sales Manager told me that since their delivery dates are merely estimates, we would have to wait another 8 to 10 weeks, sleeping on the floor. An estimated delivery date apparently could be a year from now and we would have no recourse. And the Store Manager wouldn't call me back. This is how Ashley takes care of its customers. read more

Moral of the timeline below: sales team promises the world, doesn't communicate with the delivery dept, your expectations aren't met. They are expected to deliver too much at a time, pieces are damaged, and the whole waiting process starts over, waste is created in the form of broken furniture that took time and trees to manufacture. Advice for Customers: gel beds freeze in the winter, buy in the summer if you have small hallways. Ask for a later delivery date, then ask for the number of the delivery dept right there in the store (you'll need it later). Discuss plans for broken pieces, add it to the contract you sign. If something sounds too good to be true, it is. It all catches up in the end, and you'll be the one waiting longer. The delivery team are the most helpful folks in the whole equation, they will work to get you what you need. Remember, their expectations from the sales department have ALSO not been met in situations like ours below. Advice for Ashley: customers understand that quality takes time. We want realistic delivery dates, and care taken the FIRST time it's delivered. Communicate with the manufacturing and delivery depts BEFORE communicating with us so everyone has a plan, then be sure to communicate with US directly. We must plan our lives (work, kids, school, appointments) with those delivery dates. You want us to come back and recommend you to others, so this is a necessary step. Here's our timeline: Shopping was pleasurable, the sales associate was friendly. We ordered Oct 25th 2019 (prior to the pandemic) - mattress, 2 pillows, chair, 2 Amish bed frames, 3 Amish side tables/nightstands. Mattress/pillow delivery scheduled for Oct 29th, rest of the furniture on Dec 27th. Oct 29th: They didn't show up, we called. The Oct 29th delivery was not cleared with the delivery dept by the sales dept, we were then told it would be Nov 2nd (they had the wrong address as well). Nov 2nd: The trucks aren't climate controlled, so the gel bed arrived frozen, and could not be bent around corners to get upstairs or it would crack and be ruined (takes 6 hrs to thaw). Dec 28th: The chair and 3 side tables arrived. 2 of the side tables were broken, the beds weren't on the truck. We called. There was a manufacturing delay for the beds, and we weren't informed. New delivery date of Jan 2nd. Dec 29th: We were called, the truck was overloaded, delivery was now scheduled for Jan 3rd (for the beds). Dec 30th: We got a call about the replacement for 1 of the 2 broken side tables, was told it would be delivered "the 15th" (wed) after we asked for a sat or sun delivery date. We called back, the person meant FEB 15th. No delivery even scheduled for the second broken side table. Jan 3rd: Beds delivered, assembled. One headboard corner broken off and a dowel sticking out the top. Wrong slats were ordered by the sales associate, were supposed to be platform, not traditional box spring. We were VERY clear about this during the purchase. Delivery people took pictures of the damage and incorrect slats, sent them to customer care. I called shortly thereafter to schedule either a replacement or a repair of the headboard, and delivery of the replacement slats. They have to talk to two other departments before they could offer any solutions (oh now they finally talk to each other...). Meanwhile, the beds are so high (on the traditional box springs we were planning on disposing) they're dangerous for the kids and require a step stool (for us, too!). Jan 8th: after 2 calls (by us) and a trip to the store, a sales manager offered a solution that ended up not working (metal support frames, would not go over slats like advised). Removed slats but metal frame too high and mattress slid around instead of rest inside bed rails. Rails no longer had the necessary structure to keep bed rectangular, would move around stressing the joints between the rails and head/foot board. Put the rails back on and kept the box spring setup so as not to damage the bed rails. Found out from the delivery workers (the most helpful people in this whole scenario) that the bed we were sold was not designed to even be a platform bed in the first place but the sales person ensured it would be. Contemplated sending everything back for a full refund and going somewhere else. 29Jan: Received Bunky Boards to put on top of the slats to create a platform base, mattresses on those. 13Feb: Repair performed on broken headboard. 15Feb: 1 replacement side table received 29Feb: Last replacement side table received 4 months from order to complete. read more

If you want a totally screwed up, headache, unsatisfied, to a completely irate experience, this is the place for you. I unloaded and loaded my freezer and frig. four times. Four times. The delivery crew were outstanding btw. Super nice guys that went way out of their way for this ---- company. We went into the store to purchase a French door refrigerator... The salesman was a charm. Literally a really nice guy. (after a screwed up payment that was such a nightmare), I should have had a clue, we bought one, and it was to be delivered 4 days later. Four days later, (delivery day) I got a call from a girl in the office saying.. they lost it, could not find it, and would have to reorder it. What?? Three weeks later, they brought it over, it did not fit through our kitchen door. They took it back and brought another one. Same thing. They took that one back and brought up a loaner. I'm laughing now, it was a dorm size. We had a huge side by side before. I said nope. So now it was store manager time. They had to bring me one the next day. Fine. As it turns out, it was a floor model. They said I got a great deal, it was a $3700 to $4000. We paid less than that, they gave us a 15 year warranty. They also took out the molding on the frame of the kitchen door. It's totally wrecked. I took pictures I showed them to the salesman and manager that came to the house. I bought furniture, it was Flexsteel power reclining matching couch and chair, in May 2018. It was delivered on Augst 11,2018 as quoted. The first time I tried to use the power headrest it did not work. It took 2 service trips to get it properly fixed. Then in June of 2019 I noticed the back of the couch and chair and arms were wearing off very noticeably. It was only 10 months old at this point. I took pictures of it and went into Ashley homestore on the beltline in Madison Wis. They advised me to see if the protection plan I had also bought at the time of purchase would cover it. They said otherwise they would make it right by me. S0 I contacted the protection plan like i was advised to do. After about 2 to 3 weeks Ashley called and said they were responsible for it because it was under a year. For the next 8 months of constantly trying to get them to fix the problem that consisted of being told it was going to be fixed and them coming and taking pictures of it themselves and actually taking the furniture into their shop and calling me 2 weeks later saying the material was no longer available and they would be returning my furniture in the same condition to the part of them just telling me there was nothing to be done. They refused to remedy the situation in any manner. They did not care! I had it on a 72 month 0% interest plan with Wells Fargo so in February 2020 I filed a dispute with Wells Fargo and an investigation was started and my payments were put on hold during the investigation. Then came the Covid shutdown so nothing was done til July when Wells called and said Ashley said they would fix it and asked if I was willing to drop my dispute and start paying again. I told them yes as long as the furniture was fixed and returned to me by the time payment was due in August. They agreed that if it wasn't I did not have to make a payment and I could reopen my dispute. Needless to say it was not fixed so I reopened my dispute. In December it still was not fixed and when the person from Wells and tried to get me to agree to start paying I told him "No, I was not paying $3600 for furniture that looked like this." I then told him I was done with both Wells Fargo and Ashley and I was taking both of them to court right after the holidays were over. He stuttered around and said if I was going to court he had to pass this on to someone else. I told him to go right ahead and do whatever he had to because I was going to. After a year and a half I was done dealing with both of them. that was on a Monday. On Tuesday I got an email from someone at Wells saying they were checking on my case and would have a resolution by Dec. 21. On Wednesday Wells called and told me they would cancel out the remaining balance I owed and return all my payments I had made to them and that Ashley would come pick up the furniture. Six hours later Ashley called and made arrangements to come pick up the furniture the next Tuesday. Wells had told me that as soon as Ashley told them they had gotten the furniture back they would close out my account with them and return all my payments I had made. So Ashley came to get the furniture on the following Tuesday and I had decided I did not trust that they would tell Wells they got it back so for my own protection I told the delivery team this and it was nothing against any of them but I didn't trust the management so I was going to video them taking the furniture out of my house and putting it in a truck with the name Ashley Home Furniture on the side of it. Which is exactly what I did. Then on the very next day I got a call from Wells saying Ashley was trying to get a hold of me to pick up the furniture. WHAT???? I called the person I had dealt with at Wells, who was not the one who had called and said that, and told her I had gotten that call from Wells that day. I told her Ashley had picked it up the night before and not to let them tell her they had not gotten it because I had proof of them taking it out of my house and putting it in their truck. I received my check from Wells within 7 to 10 days . I then asked Ashley for the $500 I had put down on the furniture back but they refused which is just exactly what I figured. I decided it would cost me that much to pursue the matter even though it was not my my idea to return it, that I settled for that because thats what resolution Wells came up with which overall was better than where I was at. So instead I decided to write a review telling of my HORRIBLE experience with Ashley and if I have helped even one other person get some ideas of how and what to do when dealing with Ashley I am super happy. It will be worth the $500 if I can help others. Never again will I ever buy or even go into an Ashley store and I tell everyone I know of my experience. One last tip if you have your furniture on a finance please check the back of your monthly statement and see how "you may not have to pay" that is how you file. read more

They continue to delay the delivery and when you try to talk with customer service to get answers as to why it's delayed they literally have no answer as to why or to even where her stuff currently is. Wish I could give no stars, delivery kept getting delayed, eventually my table did show up, they gave us some song a dance about not being able to put it together because their tools needed charging, they had just did another table before us exactly like mine, and their batteries were dead. It was obvious the box had already been opened, the flaps had been cut and taped back in place, and the table was damaged. Took several months for the replacement parts to arrive and to fix it, technician was scheduled two months away. Absolutely no help from your customer service department! I am really angry because I know what happened, the delivery people damaged the table at the other delivery, boxed it up, delivered it to us, and then left knowing it was damaged. I walked into the Westside Madison Ashley home store today feeling hopeless. I left feeling hopeful. I needed to purchase a bed from Santa to be delivered by Christmas. I had already tried to order one online and with one local competitor and was told that they couldn't deliver by Christmas. I was feeling nervous that I had waited too long! I entered the store and was immediately put at ease by Bob. I highly recommend asking for him when you're at this store. He was helpful, professional and knowledgeable but also had great customer service acumen. I felt that he truly cared about me and wanted to help me pull this off. It was late afternoon on a Sunday so they would most likely be closing soon. I just wanted to browse for places in the area for barstools & anything else. Jaime I believe her name was, 'greeted' us at the door. She talked our damn ears off for TWENTY MINUTES. Helpful is great yes, please feel free to show me where things are, ask what i'm looking for, and explain your price cards, check in while i'm shopping. Cool. Jaime was TOO much. My legs were legit getting tired from standing there so long. I did NOT appreciate her asking what we did for a living which I did not give an answer to, WHERE we worked, WHERE we lived and even asking for a specific road!!! Seriously this is a furniture store, back off. I'm not telling some rando where I work & live. Are you trying to see if I need financing? Must have thought so, because she really went into it then. Extremely inappropriate and crossing the line. I was so furious I just wanted to turn around and walk out of there. Staff were all staring too so they were clearly aware of it. Also ridiculous and uncomfortable!!!! While browsing briefly another staff member tried saying hi but I was so done with the place and was not about to talk to any more sales people. Worst customer sales experience of my life (I'm 69). we ordered 4 kitchen appliances in Feb 2021. paid 20% down and was told of the various expected arrival dates for each appliance. Refrigerator and microwave came in 2 months. Unfortunately I measured the refrigerator opening wrong and the new one was 1/8 of an inch too narrow. the delivery guys took my old refrigerator and left the new one in the middle of the kitchen! called my sales person and ordered a 33" wide refrigerator. that came in 2 months later and was almost $2000 less than the first one, which we paid for when it was delivered. we waited another 6 months for the stove and canceled the dishwasher as it wasn't scheduled to be produced until early 2023. during this whole process (13 months), we never once got a call from Aaron to give us updates. since we had over paid for the first refrigerator, we had enough credit to cover the remaining amount due for the stove plus. they gave us a refund of about $200 with NO explanation or details. I went in to the store to talk with Aaron to get an explanation and to figure out if the refund was enough. after leaving the store I went home and calculated that I had another $138 coming. I sent an email to Aaron with all of the items purchased (appliances, recycle fees, accessories, extended warranties, etc) showing that they owed me an additional $138. no response after 4 weeks so I contacted the sales manager Greg, and sent him the same info. no response after 4 weeks. I called the store and asked to speak with the store manger but they wouldn't connect me with him/her. the receptionist asked for the info and said she would pass it on to the manager, so I emailed the details to her. 4 weeks later no response. my next step is to go to the newspaper (SOS) and to small claims court. These people, in my opinion, are lazy, worthless and maybe dishonest. DO NOT buy anything from them. we were able to get a dishwasher in 4 weeks from Grand Appliance. go there instead. read more

RUN!!!!!!!! We dealt with a sales guy Mike Terry--We needed a new mattress and we were debating between a $1700 one and a $4000 one. He upsold us, and told us if it didn't work out that he would work with us to get us into the other $1700 mattress we wanted. 30 days later after we paid for the sleep trial, they stated we could only get one of the same or greater value AFTER Mike assured us that he would work with us. He looked us dead in the eyes and stated, "The fine print states it's a mattress of greater or equal value, but I've worked here for a long time and I will work with you if you happen to not like it." Fast forward to today....Mike is not taking any accountability and the Director "CHRIS" stated he can't help us either. OBVIOUSLY we aren't stupid, if we knew this would be the case we would have started with the $1700 mattress, but when the sales person states that he will work with you, you trust that person. We didn't even want our money back, we just wanted the other mattress and the rest in store credit. There is not another mattress that we liked. So now we have to settle for one that we don't like?!! Chris stated that he could get me a "great" deal on the one we wanted, but I'd also have to keep the Tempurpedic. They are a bunch of crooks. We ordered a sofa sleeper two weeks prior to my parents visit. Delivery was scheduled for days prior to their arrival. We were told by Marcus, a manager, the drivers will move the old couch and put the new one wherever it needs to go based on your space available. We didn't know if it would fit in the bedroom or living room. When the drivers arrived, they were rude and unprofessional. Shoved the couch into the doorway and rubbed it all over the walls, transferring white paint from the couch onto the couch, ruining it in multiple places. Before they even got the couch into the house one of the drivers said "It's all messed up. Do you still want it?!" Ordinarily I would have said no, but with my parents coming in two days what choice did I have. I told them no I need this and they said they'd indicate that they damaged it on their delivery notes. Then they left the couch in the middle of the house and didn't put it where we wanted or more the old one. We called to report it and sent pictures. Nobody contacted us about what was going to be done or apologized about the service. Then a few weeks later we got a notification that a replacement was headed our way and would be delivered on some random day. We picked our original date because one of us would be home, now we are at their mercy. We made arrangements for the delivery and the truck broke down. To which they say "It's at the store, come pick it up when you can." We do not have a vehicle big enough to transport it AND we paid $100+ for the delivery. I called customer support again and the woman gave me a $50 gift card. Nice of her and it wasn't her fault, but where is the management team to handle these situations?! If we were to buy this damaged piece in the showroom it would be $200+ reduced. Is that asking for too much when it comes to now a third attempted delivery? I just got off the phone with the delivery service minutes ago and they had a pickup scheduled for the couch, but weren't going to deliver the replacement! UNBELIEVABLE. Talk about poor service. They do NOT live up to the customer service provided in the showroom. We will NEVER return. read more

Do not waste your time and money here. They did not communicate anything to me, lied to me, and were unapologetic. I ended up cancelling my order and shopping elsewhere. I will never shop there again despite needing a lot more furniture. I purchased a coffee table and scheduled the delivery for Saturday the 6th, because I work on weekdays. Keep in mind the delivery fee is about $150, so already overpriced. Also the 6th was 2 weeks after I purchased the coffee table, so it was already a very long time to wait. They are supposed to email you with a delivery confirmation 72 hours ahead of the scheduled date. I never received such confirmation, so on the 5th I called them to see why I hadn't received that notification. The first person I spoke with said my delivery was scheduled for the 8th. I was never informed of this and the 8th did not work for me because it was a weekday, so the person I spoke with said he would call me back after he checked with a manager to see if they could still "squeeze me in" on the 6th, the date I was supposed to receive it in the first place. I never received a call back. Several hours later I called again, and the person I spoke with this time said my delivery was scheduled for the 11th (ANOTHER weekday). WTF?? I told them I had been informed it would be delivered on the 8th only a few hours earlier, and that was after I was expecting it on the 6th! This person was extremely unapologetic, gave me the usual "I understand your frustration but there's nothing we can do," and I asked to be transferred to a manager. No manager answered, so I left a voicemail and guess what? Never got a call back. So I called a third time. Keep in mind, I was on hold for 20+ minutes each time I called before I actually spoke to a customer service rep. I was shocked that the third person I spoke with was actually helpful. She told me the coffee table had been on schedule to be delivered on the 6th (the first time someone acknowledged that this was the date I had originally agreed on!) but was damaged in transit, which had caused the delay. She said they would not receive the new one until the 10th, which was why the delivery was scheduled for the 11th. So why did someone tell me the 8th earlier that same day? I still have no explanation. Why did no one inform me that my delivery was delayed? That's the worst part, they claimed they left me a voicemail with that information - they absolutely did not. I had no voicemails or missed calls at all on the day they claimed they left the voicemail. I asked for a refund on the delivery fee because of the whole mess. The person I spoke with said she would check and get back to me. No surprise here - I never received a call back. The next day I called again just to make sure I'm getting the delivery fee refund I deserve. They said they couldn't give me the refund, but had the nerve to offer me a $50 gift card. LOL like that's of any use to me at this point. I told them the situation again and that I deserved that refund. After waiting on hold again for awhile while they checked with the manager, they said again they couldn't give me the refund, but offered me a $75 giftcard. LOLOLOLOL. They both refused to refund the delivery fee after putting me through all this and were "unable" to schedule the delivery on a day I would actually be available. So I just cancelled my whole order, got a refund for both the coffee table and the stupid delivery fee. No one even seemed to care throughout the entire process. Guess what Ashley? I have a big empty house I need to fill with furniture, and you'll be getting no more of my business. read more

Ordered a sectional, we had high hopes because the in-store service was good. The sectional was delivered on time but it turned out the sales rep ordered the incorrect pieces! The delivery people took the incorrect pieces away and left us with an incomplete, silly looking partial couch. We immediately contacted the sales person who said he would get back to us once he fixed the order... fast forward about 10 calls, texts, and emails later... the salesperson never got back to us. Finally we called the manager, who said they'd look into it and call back. No call. Followed up the next week, manager wasn't available, no call back. Finally we were able to talk to a manager who ensured he follow up. He was able to get one piece delivered, and said he'd call back to get us a confirmation and delivery date of the final piece. It's now 2 weeks later, 2 phone calls later to leave a message, and still no confirmation, callback, or completion of order. If I could give minus 10 stars, I would. read more

Wow. A horrible experience. The salesperson forgot to order the couch we purchased. Or at least that was the reason given why it was late. And the customer service representative we called lied about why it was late until we pestered them repeatedly. When it did arrive, they did not communicate to the delivery service the correct phone number so it was delayed even further. Bought a bedroom set for us and a new bed for my daughter on Nov 30th, 2019. They said the earliest for delivery was Jan 2nd. We received a call at the end of December that the headboard for our bed was delayed and would not be ready until Jan 3rd. So we decided to have it all delivered on the 3rd. Still the headboard was having issues so we had my daughters bed delivered on the 3rd and now our bedroom set for us was pushed to the 14th of January which we were not happy about. So with a definite Jan 14th date all scheduled in the system. Knowing we were getting our new bedroom set we got rid of our old bed and dressers. Bedroom is now clear and ready. We also asked our oldest boy to stay for delivery and arranged for the dog to not be home so she wouldn't bark up a storm. Both me and my wife had to work because delivery was after 12pm. I watched the furnitureappliancemart.com website because they deliver for Ashley and it stated we were number 10 for deliver at 1:10pm. I left for work and expected a call around 1:00 for when the delivery will be arriving. I got a call stating at 1:00 that the delivery guys could not deliver because 1 was sick and the other got hurt??? But they were able to deliver 9 other orders before mine and you call me 10 minutes before my delivery???That is shady as hell. I called and complained to Furnitureappliancemart and Ashley in Janesville and Madison Wisconsin about the issue. I have no bed, no dressers and an empty bedroom!! They stated it was out of their control and the new delivery would be January 16th! If you already have it on your truck and it was next in line deliver the darn thing! I also offered my son to help unload it for you. I find it hard to believe being I was already delayed again. They offered to give back $150 deliver fee which was a step in the right direction. I'll believe it when I look at the Ashley card bill. They also put the risk of damaging the bedroom set moving it again to another truck! Not happy about that. Salesman was good delivery was a joke. Now when they delivered on the 16th we had no bunkie board or the two lamps that we ordered that should have been delivered as well. Luckily the store had the lamps but now I need to go on a wild goose chase about my bunkie board which you need under the matress. Only reason we went to Ashley was because it was a new store in Janesville we received 0 percent financing and we already had some Ashley furniture in our house already. A friend and I went in to look for my first ever furniture purchase, a new mattress set. The staff who helped us was laid back and yet very knowledgeable. She was patient with us trying different beds and carefully answered and asked questions about my sleep patterns. Overall I ended up picking a great bed for a great discounted price. Delivery took longer than I expected but it was over a holiday weekend. I would shop here again. Also there was a platter of free girl scout cookies at the door. Nice touch! read more

I wish I could give them zero stars! As a professional Interior Designer I would recommend you never enter this store. The service is terrible and the merchandise is not much better. I had a client who found a rug they liked, when I called to inquire about the sizes available and cost they were less than willing to help me in any way. We were here over six months ago browsing for a new couch (not ready to buy). Ryan was almost too helpful! He showed us a lot, gave us information on cost, delivery, etc., and we still left without buying, promising to come back. The only negative feedback I'd give was that he was so attentive I felt guilty for leaving empty-handed. We went back today and Ryan greeted us and remembered us! We found a great couch on sale for President's Day and were very happy to buy from him. I'd highly recommend working with Ryan. read more

was Told nothing but bad about Madisown west beltline Ashley home store location and I should've listened. Told my sales rep that if we could not get the couch within a month we would pass on it. not a big deal we understand it might be tough. He tells us it will be in october 27th, couch doesn't come until November 20th. I don't like people that lie for a sale and that's what he did. Then I look online and see that I could get a much better deal ordering off there webpage. I tell him and all the sudden he can do all these extra deals. Again a scammer. Couch comes I go pick it up and the warehouse kid tells me that's the whole order and I'm good to go. Get home and I'm missing a chase. Go back to get it and it's damaged. It's never ending with this place to many bad experiences to make it worth the gamble to go there. Dont Do like I did and give them a try. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more

I've given this place so many chances to right their wrongs and they just keep digging themselves deeper in the hole. All of my calls were either "disconnected by accident" or messages not returned. They sold us a fraudulent warranty for $180 which covers nothing that they wouldn't refund. I went to the store and informed them that their warranty company was rated below 1 star w/ the BBB and "Joe" said; "Well, they don't really even need to be registered." What?? When I went into the store to get answers I was told by a "Joe" that he would figure it out and get back to me no later than Monday which was 5 days later. This did not happen. Someone else called me after I repeatedly called back and they said, "I know nothing about this case, there's not much I can do." He didn't help. If you do go here and buy anything, DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTIES and ask for someone else besides "Joe." Highly advise going elsewhere though for better prices and much better service. read more

Terrible service. I was told my order was going to be in in 2 1/2 weeks. It ended up taking 4 1/2 and they didn't once apologize. When my order finally came in I was treated very disrespectfully by the people loading my car as well. I will not be giving them my business again. read more

Delivered incorrect pieces and took forever to correct. Bought a bed set and the panels are falling (all they said they could do is stain areas that are showing...but they don't have a matching stain) and living room sectional padding is moving (on top of scratches in leather upon delivery)...It had been frustrating since day 1. read more

We were talked into buying one of their warehouse deals , which means you lose all rights to return the unit. Well their delivery drivers damaged the freezer drawer in transport. Luckily I did buy the warranty so we're covered right? Well, yes and no. Their warranty company, Diamond, has yet to fix our freezer drawer as of 7/5/18 and we bought the unit on April 24th. We've contacted both a number of times. Honestly, this kind of post purchase service is awful. I would just own up to the lemon and offer a credit towards another purchase. Instead, we will never be going back to this store knowing how they stand behind their sales, and I will make sure to let all who will listen know this as well. read more

So far, the customer service experience has been excellent. I bought a clearance sofa that ended up being too big for my space. When I called and left a message for my sales person, the manager called me back to ensure me they were working on a solution for me. They ended up giving me store credit for the item I had purchased and I have used it to purchase a more size appropriate sofa. I'll finish the review after the new sofa arrives.
