We are buying a house and needed a bunch of furniture. We needed couches and tables for the living room. A dining room set and a full guest bedroom set. We spent 2 hours with Reggie B. this morning. He was super helpful. He wasn't pushy at all while I literally sat on everything lol. He was patient and answered all our questions. There was a good sale of 25% off on everything. After we left I had a follow up question and he responded right away. It's super nice being able to get everything I want at one store. read more

There were a few great pieces in here. Was sad to see the majority was beige, gray, or brown. I did see burnt orange, green, black, & blue for good measure, but too far & few. Service? What service? No one greeted me. No one even acknowledged my presence and I did three laps around the store. I even sat on a couch & chair. But nothing. I wasn't expecting everyone to drop anyone they were assisting but, sheesh, at least acknowledge my presence. I snapped a pic of the items I liked. Left the store & ordered online from somewhere else. So, thanks for at least letting me sitting on furniture in peace. read more

Incredibly unsatisfied with Ashleys customer service. My sofa was not assembled correctly by the delivery team, and one of the pillows is missing. Customer service is all automated and not helpful at all, failing to resolve the problem, just an endless cycle of asking for confirmation of contac tinfo or sending me to another link. I WILL NEVER do business with Ashley Furniture again. read more

We were looking for a dining room set. This was the 3rd store we visited. We spent time talking to Shaun our Salesman He gave us a great deal! We received a text with our schedule. Aaron and Freddy delivered and set up our dining room set. They were early which we were very happy, they were very efficient, nice and friendly. They did a great job! We are so happy with our decision and Ashley Furniture. read more

DO not buy furniture here! The very expensive couch lost its form less tha. a year after with only light use. We tried to file a claim, but the automated system manned by AI could not find our order. Extremely poor customer service. Do not go here read more

Worst service I've ever received from any company anywhere. We have a new house but no furniture since the company screwed up our delivery. It's especially bad because we had multiple contacts with the salesperson and the company confirming our order and delivery. All they managed to deliver was a rug and even then all they did was throw it on the floor and leave. They wouldn't unwrap it or install it and I'm disabled so I can't do it. I now have to hire someone to do what I paid the store to do. Lousy attitude and lousy service. I have to stay in a hotel for two nights because we have no furniture. Never again. Any lawyers out there want to help me sue? read more

I had a really great experience at the Las Cruces Ashley. Maureen Green was my sales consultant and she was the best. She's so easy to work with and doesnt push any up-selling. I ended up buying a sofa that was amazingly marked down. I'll be back to work with her again read more

We were "just looking" when we met Grady. He was a perfect gentleman and a GREAT sales person. He wasn't pushy and didn't stalk us around the store either. He was very polite, answered every question we had and was very helpful. Grady helped us tremendously in making a decision on our furniture. We highly recommend asking for Grady Beltran when you shop at Ashley Homestore for your furniture. We would also like to thank Wanda Bowman, we love your store! read more

We really needed home furniture in a hurry, stressful! Our sales rep Maureen G. Was absolutely amazing even considering getting sold out on mattresses if you need anything don't hesitate to look her up, thanks Maureen! read more

We just moved to Las Cruces from Iowa. I had 3,000 I wanted to spend on a table & chairs. I paid $2,700 on a huge table & 8 chairs. Paid the $99 for delivery for the following day since we were buying it off the floor. The next day they said they didn't have a spot for us on the delivery, so ended up we had to go pick it up. It's was extremely heavy & awkward! I had to wait about a month to get my $99 refunded. They are definitely lacking in the good attitude area & were not very kind about it. The really nice man that helped us was asking questions on my behalf & the ladies sitting behind the desks in back of the store were SO rude to him. He was an older gentleman & they were younger. I'm not saying I won't be back, but I've been going to furniture row for my stuff now that I have been buying for our new home, since they are amazing there!! read more

Great furniture place to go! Fast friendly staff. Everytime I'm at Ashley's I see something new and I want it for my home.

What a joke. Had two mirrors delivered one is broke. Called the store lady tells me they will put in order for new one and have manager call me back nothing. Call two days later lady tells me the same thing. So nothing was done the first time. Call today nope no order has been put in for another mirror and not sure when this other manager will call me back and they wouldn't even put the manager on the phone. She said it would be better if I brought the mirror to then then they could order another wtf you can't now? It's like talking to a wall. They had called said they needed directions to my house when I was telling they got you could tell she wasn't paying attention. When the guys came to drip it off they called said they couldn't find it. I said did they give you the directions? No the office didn't give them anything. Great customer service After a week of getting the run around I go into the store the lady who owns it is a complete bitch to say the least she seems to think she has a say so in what is gonna be returned and what's not even though they dropped off a broken mirror. A month now still no mirror and just getting the run around. I will never do business with this place again!!! read more

Buying new furniture for me is super stressful because spending that much money all at once is super stressful lol. Ashley's made the shopping, purchasing, and delivery process easy peasy. Yesterday when they delivered my table it was raining and at the last second when they got here it was hailing! They never complained and were so careful to not dirty my floors. Thanks so much! read more

My wife and I were looking for furniture and due to the pandemic we had to order online... this is not the way I like to get furniture I like to go and see, feel and inspect my furniture, when we ordered and received our furniture it was not what we expected but Ashley furniture has done a great job getting us the furniture that we wanted. read more

Ordered a Queen Sofa Sleeper online, it was delivered in 2 weeks. Unfortunately the piece was too large make it to the room I wanted and Wanda, Rachel, and Kathy were all very kind and worked with me to have the piece returned at no additional cost and are working with me to get a full refund. I'd be more than happy to work with these highly professional ladies in the future for any in-store purchases. read more

Buyer Beware! My Dad bought an electric recliner lift chair. The 1st one was too hard and he exchanged for a different one! You only have "so many hours" to have in your home and then you can't return. Well, this one also has very little padding and still VERY uncomfortable!! The owner will not bend in any way to fix the problem and no refund was her only answer! Make the trip to El Paso instead. Lazy Boy has a great warranty and 109% satisfaction policy! Ashley Furniture, you are worthless when you sell poor quality items and have poor customer service! read more

Too bad. Ashley homestore lost my business today. Walked in to purchase some pieces for a new home. Browsed for at least 30 minutes. I happened to be shopping alone today. Sales people all around me, but they were more interested in greeting and assisting small families and couples. Felt that if I had joined one of the groups coming through the doors I would have had better luck. Bummer. read more

Purchased furniture online at 10 pm on Sept 29th and by 10 am next morning got email it would arrive on Dec 31st. So I called and canceled order and was told I could Check the store for merchandise which I did and purchased from store and the store delivered one item that I order online on Oct 1st. Now they never sent me any furniture from the online order I canceled and they charged me the online order that was canceled. I call to dispute they tell me it will take 90 days to resolve however they tie up your disputed amount which in my case leaves me with mix and match furniture. I have perfect credit and may have to take legal action if not corrected as we are talking about 3000.00 that is in disputed where none of this furniture was received. Doesn't seem so hard to look at there records and inventory to resolve sooner than 90 days. Very disappointed that my credit is tied up on disputed amount. read more

My experience with this store has been stressful at best. Dealing with rude, incompetent, and unhelpful employee named Rachel and the manager made my decision to shop elsewhere very easy. If you buy from this store, you will do so at your own risk! read more

Lovely store. My husband and I went in to get an idea on a headboard for our king size Temper Pedic. We were greeted by Lynda. We told her what we thought we were looking for and she brought us to the most amazing head board/frame we'd ever seen. The idea we were looking for turned into much more. We also mentioned that our couch buying experiences in the past had been terrible and we always ended up with furniture we didn't like and that we'd be looking for some in the near future. Long story short, we ended up buying the head board and two beautiful, high quality leather couches. Lynda took us to pieces in the showroom that fit us perfectly. She was wonderful. We will be back if and when we need furniture of any kind in the future. read more

The salesperson was extremely helpful in assisting us with finding the exact bedroom set and sofa we were looking for. Honestly, my wife and I were not exactly sure what we wanted when we walked in, but after spending several hours in the store with this gentleman, we were able to find exactly what we wanted. He also helped in choosing the accessories, and I couldn't be more pleased with the way it all looks once it was delivered to our house. The customer service, from the initial purchase, to the setup and delivery has been outstanding. read more
