We skipped Ikard's simply because we had already bought furniture there for other parts of the house and knew there was not a good fit there for this room. However, of all of the other furniture stores and sectionals in this category, we thought Furniture Row had the better quality options, with reasonable shipping times quoted (within 3 weeks), and Philip our sales person was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being intrusive. We had to come home and check our measurements. Received my furniture Saturday, 2/10/24 after waiting almost two months. We paid over $4,400 for a couch, coffee table, a recliner chair and a dining table set. I was so excited but then came disappointment. The furniture looks nice but I spent the weekend bummed that the coffee table and dining set had issues. I was so upset that my husband and me went there today to speak with my sales person but he was not in. I spoke with Claudia and honestly when I arrived I wanted to return all of the furniture. Claudia was so sweet and understanding. She was willing to make things right including small damage done when the furniture was delivered. She not only made me feel better but she genuinely cared. I kept the furniture though we exchanged for a different coffee table and dining set. I want to say that Claudia is truly kind and very sincere. Also, Victor who helped with the exchange is very nice. We get it that things can go wrong when purchasing furniture but what stands out most is Furniture Row's willingness so far to make right the issues we have. We were not given a run around or talked to defensively as some companies have behaved to customers. Furniture Row and Claudia get full marks as being first class in how they have stepped up. When we moved from DC, we needed to set up two offices in the new house. Furniture Row provided excellent furniture at a reasonable price. That was 3 years ago. Recently, I had a caster (wheel) break on my office chair. Tremain and the store manager ordered new casters and pulled working ones off chairs in inventory so I would not have to wait. We ordered a bed from them. We got an email saying it was ready. There was a number to call for delivery hours. We called the number and they told us that we could go today anytime before 7:00pm. We got there about 5:00 pm They told us that there are no pickups on Tuesdays. When I told them that we called today and they said we could come before 7 they didn't care and told us "there is no way you can pick up your bed today" at the store but then the following day we were told that they would deliver for us at no cost which made me happy because it was a pain getting the trailer loaded and driving out there. I was bummed that we couldn't get our bed when we were told we could and it is a bummer that we won't have the bed until the 25th now but at least I don't have to hook up the trailer and drive out there again. read more

Purchased the Everest sectional for just under $3,000. Arrived dented and damaged, then repair challenges, and finally replaced. Then the replacement piece is delivered and it's not right either as it's missing parts. One would think for top of the line, they could get it right. Not so much. read more

My husband and I went to Furniture Row after checking out a couple other furniture stores in Las Cruces. (All's and Ikards) We did purchase a recliner at All's but were unhappy later when we had to pick up the floor model when they sold ours from the warehouse. I also did not feel comfortable there. Some how I felt like I was being cheated even though we did get a discount. (This was not All's main location, but they are consolidating into one location) Anyways at Furniture Row we felt very comfortable browsing around. The sales staff ask you if you need any assistance and they let you look around without hassling you. The couches designs are fairly simple but the prices are really nice. We bought a sofa set and an ottoman from the Sofa Mart section. We also bought a dining set, a tv stand and a bedroom set from the Oak Express section. The manager was really chill and just mentioned some sales they were having. The deliver of all the furniture came in about week. The deliver men come and unwrap and set up everything for you. My ottoman was slightly rubbed on one side. The delivery man gave me an option to exchange or take a discount. I chose the latter and I called AJ, our salesman at Furniture Row today and he gave me $50 dollars off. :) All in all I give this place 5 stars for service, atmosphere, and the prices are ideal for the quality of furniture. read more

I Bought the Rodea Frame bed 2 years ago, I also bought the 5 year warranty because I was told it will cover for everything scratches or any movement you do do with this bed. Now am having problems because the leather is fading and it has some scratches around the board and it looks bad. I called the warranty people and they told me "we can't do anything because those problems we dont cover. Really I was told a different story at the store!!!! Am so upset with this.... read more

I ordered some $4000 worth of furniture from the Las Cruces Furniyire Row. First the mattress that was delivered to me was 6 inches shorter than what it should have been. I waited a couple of weeks for a replacement. Then my new matress had a hole in it. So I have to wait two more weeks for another matress. Then when my sining room table came in, the chairs, all of them were scratched. The salesperson offered to give me a discount. $10per chair was his offer. So I said no way. I told the salesperson that I felt like I was sold used furniture. I mean it did look used. So I said, shit if that is all that you can do for me is sell me used, or returned furniture I don't want it. Then, what I presumed to be a manager told me to stop cursing. As if saying shit is cursing. By now I got angry and said to take all their furniture back. She agreed to take back the dining table and chairs, but not the other stuff. Now I am on a mission to return everything that I bought there and promise myself never to buy from that used furniture place again. read more
