At Sam's Club, there wasn't anyone to provide any information regarding the mattresses. At Denver Mattress they have a large selection, but we didn't like the options for our budget. At Mattress Liquidators, Chris helped us and explained that they offer financing. We told him that it wasn't necessary and that we will pay with a credit card. They have several good brands and quality of mattress options. We informed Chris our budget and he showed us options. Due to the holiday weekend mattress businesses had specials and we ended buying one here at a special price an only $30 for delivery. We received a couple of complimentary pillows and they picked up our old mattress free of charge. Now 3 months later, we are very happy with our choice. They will make you feel obligated to do something right away, or they will not give you the deal you agreed to. Also inspect their furniture before buying, otherwise expect to wait two months for a replacement that will never come. First I bought a kitchen table from them. The table is great! However, the chairs that came with them didn't have middle supports. After about 6 months the seats cushions fell apart. No one over 150 pounds used them and they still broke. The warranty expired, and I was left paying off a table that was broken. Make sure to inspect the furniture for quality before buying. My second experience I bought a bed from them. I was hesitant at first, being worried about the quality of the furniture from before. Let me start off by saying I love the bed despite it being slightly damaged upon delivery. BE careful when it comes to financing with them. I agreed to a specific deal when it comes to financing the bed. They ran my credit, and everything seemed to be fine. I was waiting for the details in writing when I received a call from them telling me that I would be receiving a code on my phone. They told me to get the financing we agreed upon I would have to give them that code at that very moment. So I gave it to them. They used that code to sign me up for a terrible financing deal that would have cost me almost three times the amount we agree upon in the first place. It had a three month buy out option, so I was able to get out of it, but make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing up front, and don't trust them. I talked to a lawyer, and the bottom line was that our laws are just not up to date for this kind of case. He said I could most likely win the case, but it would take years and cost me a fortune in legal fees. So it was most likely a better choice to buy out of the situation. It's partially my fault for trying to save money, and not demanding the paper work up front. They do have relatively cheap furniture. But you get what you pay for. That includes customer service.

I speak with a mgr who says they didn't remove the mattress because no one told them to at delivery. Umm... What did I pay for? The removal. But you also have to apparently remind them what you paid for. I demanded they come back. She said that's not possible. Refund? No way. When I commented this was the worst service I had experienced, the mgr proudly proclaimed they've never had a problem with anyone else and they've been in business for this long so they must be doing something right. If you want lack of customer service and an abundance of frustration, come here! They'll willingly take your money and not deliver the services.
