I had a really good experience at Badcock. Just like any furniture place, things were delayed or on…read moreback order due to COVID. Jamie was my salesperson. She kept me up to date on when to expect my leather sectional. A part was delayed so they delivered the sectional in pieces and put it together on the second visit. After it was delivered I noticed the bottom was torn. Jamie worked with the manager and had the part replaced without question. Jamie also tried to help me get a formal dining set that had been discontinued. She even tried to get the floor model for me. It didn't pan out but she went above and beyond! Jamie has a customer for life!
