I hate furniture shopping. For me, it's just slightly less nauseating than shopping for window treatments. Definitely not as much fun as buying a new car, provided the new car isn't a Chrysler. But I digress. Anyway, I want to thank sales consultant Ziggy and manager Marisol for getting me an awesome deal on a sofa sectional for my living room. Ziggy was professional, informative and straight to the point, making the furniture buying experience more palatable than what I had been used to. Marisol, meanwhile, was able to knock off a few hundred bucks from the sales price, which pleased me. Even better was that she got the price of both the protection plan and the delivery also reduced, sealing the deal. This review is for the shopping experience only. Ashley furniture is amazing quality, we have good furniture that's lasted us years. This location has wonderful and helpful staff and we got to pick out a new bed frame. Crystal was one of the most helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and friendly staff that assisted us. Also gave us great recommendations on the nearby area as we just moved here. Crystal helped us pick out our dream bedroom as well as helped us save some money and have an easy shopping experience. We were looking for a mattress and sofa loveseat today and ventured into Ashley. We were greeted by a young gentleman names Xavier. His customer service and knowledge is impeccable! He helped us with finding a new mattress and a beautiful loveseat. Didn't rush us into buying anything. We wanted to go look around at other stores and nothing compared. Over promising and under delivering across the board. We relocated to NM and bought a sectional with an ottoman, a six piece table dining table and chairs. It was delivered and overall everything was fine. We needed additional furniture for our house, so we went back to Ashley. It was a disaster and we have yet to hear a peep from Ashley after doing a review and contacting customer service. No one there answers a phone, ever. The delivery was not when promised. We were told we'd get the bed first and then the chair, or vice versa. Didn't happen. In addition, the delivery guys bypassed my gate on foot, walked up the driveway and knocked on the door. Our house is secluded so a knock on the door is a little scary. A phone call would've been nice. They put the bed together wrong and my husband had to take the bed apart and reassemble it when he came home from work. At that time, we noticed what looked like blood on the bed slats. We found a random piece under the bed when he disassembled it. As the bed was moved upstairs, pictures were knocked off the wall, causing the delivery guys to giggle. We noticed there was some damage to the ceiling in the stairwell. They could barely navigate the truck out of the driveway and brushed against trees and knocked over large decorative rocks, got the truck stuck and hit the gate. I had repair men here at the time who followed them in. They stated they hit the gate coming in, too. So, after I help them navigate out of the driveway and beyond the gate, I noticed they left trash and screws in the front yard. The delivery was not worth the price we paid. It should have been free. My friend bought a house and we stopped at the local ABQ Ashley Furniture store. The salesman came on really strong with a hard pitch and sold bedroom and living room furniture to my friend, with full service assembly for the bed. The delivery time was pretty far out but that was ok because it fell only a week after she took occupancy. The bed was delivered 2 days early and they just delivered it, no assembly. She had to hire someone unrelated to Ashley to assemble the bed. The store does not answer phone calls, so we've been unable to reach someone to have the assembly payment that she paid upfront reimbursed. Will add t o this after living furniture is delivered. All of the items were exorbitantly over priced, in my opinion. Go to Wayfair. I know the opinion is that Ashley is higher quality, but that is a myth. read more

Very disappointing we spent almost 5k on this company. They promise they were gonna delivery the next day. And the delivery people came at the wrong time. We bought 3 items 2 of them came in but the most important one wasn't delivered.I have to wait 5 days for it to be delivered. The sales person said I made sure you get everything delivered. Initially we had a great experience in store with Taj helping us select our new furniture. It was before Memorial Day and they were having some good sales. We purchased over $10k in furniture. We were told half would be delivered the first week of June and the other half the end of June. Then we heard nothing! End of June finally comes and the first half of the order is delivered. Now still waiting on the rest. I cannot call the store directly and customer service nonexistent. I've tried to get to a manager or supervisor with no luck. I can't recommend this store/company. My 89 year old mother was in need of a guess bed frame for an impending visit. We looked on line and found a bed frame she liked so instead of taking a risk of not being instock we went to the Ashley showroom on Paseo to verify it's avalibility. We asked and were told that there was some in inventory and would take about 3 weeks for it to arrive. Just a couple days before delivery we got a call that the delivery date needed to be changed. This pushed it out from the date of purchase to 30 days. Then today, another call that the delivery needed to be rescheduled by another week.. I called trying to speak to someone at the local store but was sent to a call center. It was clear that the item we were told was in stock originally was not but it had been backed ordered and now we were getting strung along with no end in sight. I asked for a cancellation and refund. They said it would take 5-7 business days for the refund. So, will see if they keep that promise. Pitiful customer service. I can't stand dishonesty. read more

Customer service is not good. You have to put in your own claim for the parts and figure out what you need. I even had white glove service which means they put it together for you. Two drawers under the bed were missing parts and one drawer they tried to put screws in and ruined the wood. I had to call and figure out what was needed and upload pictures and talk to a foreigner who I had a hard time understanding. They finally sent out a tech and he didn't have parts or drawers and didn't even know how to put it together. The tech called and supposedly got the drawers order and asked for an instruction sheet. I ordered the set on November 15th and they told me that another tech will come on December 30th. Hopefully the drawers come in. If I had a choice I would just return this bedroom set but it says on the invoice "no returns". read more

Donica lied to me about some items that she sold to me when I was very sick, m... to the cost of an extra $2500 on top of the bill that I would've never afforded knowing the . She even forged my signature, but the company would not do the right thing and they believed her over me! The managers had to defer everything to corporate level & had no power. Again the parent company wouldn't even consider the forged signature... And told me that when you sign on the computer, your signature is gonna look completely different. I've never signed anything with the chicken scratch like she did! I am so angry with this place and another thing is that the lift that she sold me for my bed has not worked, barely one or two days when I got it... It gets stuck all the time, and I have to sleep on the couch or the floor. When I tried to ask the managers, they deferred me to a pain in the butt process of going through sending pictures...etc. They make you go through all this rigmarole to prove that there's a problem with the product... Short version is I ordered two rugs, they did not come, Icalled and called and no one could give me a status, two weeks later I received them with no warning and of course no one rang the doorbell so I couldn't refuse them (I had already replaced them). They have the worst customer service ever!! I was given a selection of white glove delivery or regular delivery. I had asked for white glove delivery for all 8 of my items to be delivered together and assembled. The reason being is I have 3 hip surgeries and 1 knee replacement. I ordered my items on Sept 27 today is October 24 and I'm still missing 3 items!!! They only white gloved 3 items and the past two were sent in the mail from a distributor for me to assemble!!! So much for white glove!! It was difficult with my mobility and a complete mess!! One of my lamp shades was dented but I can't be bothered with this company anymore!! I'd probably have to wait for it another month. For the value that you're paying is not worth it at all!! Their customer service is very poor, communication and notifications. After making a purchase in the Ashley store I was told that my items would be delivered on 11/19... it's written on the paper receipt I have for the item. Lo and behold, I get a text message from Ashley the very next day telling me that I have an open order that needs to have delivery scheduled for. The person I was exchanging messages with told me that the 11/19 order date was never entered and that I have to schedule delivery with them. Now they are supposed to show up on 11/21. I know that's only 2 days, but it's all of the other stuff that has to change in order to accommodate the incompetence. I rescheduled a whole days worth of meetings so that I could be at home on 11/19, and now I have to do more rescheduling on the 21st because they don't seem to know what they're doing. The customer service woman I was able to connect with was very helpful, and this is obviously not the fault of Ashley's customer service people, but I shouldn't have had to make a phone call to anyone. This is in regards to the store in Albuquerque, NM. This store has the worst customer service than any company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a chair back in October and they have failed to deliver it three weekends in a row now. I have tried to cancel it numerous times because they won't deliver and they keep giving me the run around. At this point, I just want to get my money back and they are fighting giving me a refund and are holding my money, while it earns them interest for their company and I get no product. They were supposed to have delivered it today, and I got a call from their Rotary Robot system saying they need to reschedule a fourth time. When I called them back, they said the chair is not in their warehouse and they don't have the chair. They said it wasn't in stock. The store in Albuquerque will not pick up their phone and I get forwarded to their rotary system every time I try to call. I had to drive up to the store this morning to talk to the manager. There were at least six sales people standing around the front doing nothing when I walked in, and when I talked to the manager, he just said it shows the delivery is pushed out to another week and they have the chair in stock and he would have someone call me. Lies. I've called my bank and filed a fraud claim. I should have read their reviews online before I walked in the store. Please beware before you do business with this company. I'm so unhappy with my experience at Ashley. I ordered a desk and bedroom furniture. I waited all day for my desk to be delivered only to find out they put the wrong address in the system. I then waited over a month for my bedroom furniture and again the address was still wrong. I called to update it and informed I would have to go in to change. The day before my scheduled delivery, I was informed that my furniture was damaged and they would have to reorder. I am so upset, I've been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for over a month and now I'm going to have to wait another month. Customer service is absolutely horrible, no apologies. Went in at the end of July. Service was alright, the salesman that helped us wasn't pushy but knew how to get my girlfriend to agree to everything without even glancing at me as part of the conversation. We ended up paying around $7k for our furniture. We liked the selection and found what we wanted in store. One star because the employee who helped us told us that they would have our furniture delivered on the 2nd and 6th of August. We got a call on august 2nd saying that our furniture wasn't even in stock and would be delivered on the 16th. I understand something being taken out of inventory within 1-2 days of placing the order and maybe having it be delayed but not all 8 different furniture pieces. Writing this because this morning, 3 days from our delivery, they call us saying our delivery is being rescheduled to the 22nd because some of the items we purchased are not in stock. I am considering a refund before we get the furniture and going somewhere else as all of these reviews show the same things happening and that the company takes 0 liability for any of it. If you're considering buying from this location, have them put everything in writing. Don't get sucked into wanting your furniture and agreeing on a date verbally because our receipt of purchase doesn't even show a deliver date, so make sure you do something to show that you have been told a certain day from the salesman, so when you end up in my shoes you can go back in and hold them accountable with the proof that they gave you. A couple years ago we ordered furniture from my nephew. He moved in. He had to stay a month without a bed so he had to live with us. This is the type of service you get with Ashley. This is the same thing that's occurring now with my other nephew. He's moved into an apartment. He's ordered furniture from Ashley and it's going to take a month before he gets his bedroom set but yet in a month they're going to want payment for items you have not received. Go someplace else and make sure that they can deliver the furniture as per Your due date?. This is ridiculous. Then they don't even answer the phone when you call to see when the furniture's coming in or what time the furniture is going to be delivered or answer the phone in general. Recently we went back to Ashley to purchase a sectional. We were called that our furniture was ready and told that "all" of the furniture was at the 12th street distribution center. My husband showed up and all they had was our ottoman and then he was told he needed to go to the Unser distribution center to pick up the rest of the sectional. Their warehouse staff can't even manage to figure out where to pick up the furniture. The sectional that we were given had cardboard on the bottom and plastic wrap around it. The sectional wasn't given to us in the original boxes. When we got the furniture home and unwrapped it we came across dirty material and scuffs across the bottoms of the legs of the sectional...like it was put together, used , and then returned to the warehouse. I called today to speak with the manager of the Albuquerque Ashley store, Jerry Noble. I was able to speak with my original salesman, Robert and he said he would relay the information to Jerry and have Jerry contact me. Needless to say Jerry never contacted me. Robert asked if I had been contacted and I said no. Then he came back and said that the pictures we sent (which are attached) show it was our fault due to the way we tied down the furniture. See attached pictures...it was tied down so it wouldn't move but it was completely covered by the warehouses plastic wrap not the original boxes due to the warehouses negligence. Also attached are pictures of the dirty material as well as the scuff marks that were on the bottom of the legs. The furniture was not transported with the feet down and exactly with the plastic cover from the warehouse, so how did they get scuffed up when we had just picked it up from the warehouse. We have bought a lot of furniture from Ashley over the last 15 years and have never been treated like this. We had made a purchase back in July 2023 and the warehouse messed up our furniture then as well. Jerry Noble had apologized profusely and said that if we ever purchased again and experienced any issues he would help us...funny how he seemed to forget. I'm more upset that they and he feel we are lying about the situation. This furniture was messed up by the warehouse and not us. We were given used furniture!!!! I purchased a sectional that was just a loveseat and chaise lounge on memorial day 2022 and after 3 months, we will probably not get the rest of my order any time soon from what I hear from customer service. While the purchase was a pleasant experience dealing with only a partial delivery of what I ordered with no real timeline for delivery has been extremely frustrating. I was told when I purchased furniture that what I ordered was on the truck to be delivered at the end of June but that was only part of a sectional. They extend the shipment date every 2 weeks and then they extend it again with no concrete answer to when I will get the rest of my order. I just found out the 11 people are ahead of me to get this piece of furniture. I don't think they can guarantee delivery so be very cautious about buying from Ashley Furniture. Don't believe the potential delivery dates. They should be truthful with customers about the potential delays. If they had told me I wouldn't have what I ordered longer than the day they said it would be available, I would have never ordered it. When I talked to customer service I get the 2 weeks is only an estimate and my response is so what you are saying it may be here in 2 weeks or maybe 6 months. I will have part of the sectional with who knows how many months of wear and then a brand new piece. If i never received any of the sectional I would have canceled the order but now I am stuck waiting for a piece of furniture that may or not may not be delivered in 2022. October they refunded the last 2 chairs because they discontinued them. One that we got broke the first time someone of normal size sat in it. Finally June 9, 2022, they ordered a pick up of what we had and were going to refund. Picked it all up June 21, 2022. I have been back to the store and after 6 visits we are still waiting for the refund of the balance. The store in our area in Albuquerque would not take it back because "they were owned by different companies" and trying to return it back the online store would not pay any shipping cost because it was more than 3 days and it would cost over twice what I paid for shipping. In fact, online offered FREE DELIVERY and we had to pay $125. I just felt overwhelmed by the time all this was being thrown at us. Mickey told us when we were in the store if we wanted a mattress topper we should buy it and take it home then because the "delivery people seem to lose things." Perhaps this was her warning that things goes missing. NOT COOL. 6) Calling customer service. What a joke! The manufacturer number will loop, I was waiting 45 minutes and it would pretend to transfer till it went back the waiting message. I gave up and called the real store number instead. I immediately asked for the manager, Ericka, to get my frame exchanged. She was able to get through for the initial exchange. Today I spoke with another lady (starts with a M) who said she would "look a the model on the floor" in terms of the light and leg height and call me back within the hour. Let's see if anything happens. Getting to the manager is a nightmare because the associates who answer the phone are BOTHERED that a customer would call the store with legitimate issues. In fact one let me hold then hung up when the call came back through for holding too long. Very unprofessional. Once the manager is on the line it is professional, let's see if that is worth its wait. 7) Financing. I qualified with good credit. So this was good for me. My boyfriend on the other-hand is now ROPED into paying 40% more than the cost of the item he bought because he went through their predatory lender, Acceptance Now. Whatever you do: believe the hype. He has to pay $60 to finance, then 12% more on top of the total if he wants to pay it off in 90 days. They are worse than predators because they refuse to tell you a finance amount or interest rate. DONT DO IT. You have other options. As you can see, I've pointed out all the things you can think of when buying furniture. All of these get an F- In a town like Albuquerque you have so many options. I'm sure ALL of them are better than Ashley. I wish they could help me change this rating but some things are how they are. This $800 rock of a bed is the worst investment: EVER. Trust the negative reviews because I don't write ones like this lightly. UPDATE: I got a call from a rep saying that they would remove the loveseat with no restocking fee but the charge has not been removed from my account. Don't buy a mattress from them! They make you buy a mattress pad for a ridiculous amount of money in order to get their "90 night guarantee" and force you to take it home with you even though the mattress won't be delivered until a future date, because "the delivery guys always lose the small items". If you take it out of the store, be aware, it will be yours, even if you have to cancel the mattress purchase almost immediately. No returns, no compromises, even for unopened and unused items. First of all I'd like to say that the in store experience is great. They'll find you what you want and get you the financing you need. Everyone wears masks and is very polite. However, the ability for this company to acquire the furniture that a customer has ordered is terrible. I ordered $8000 worth of couches for my house in January. I was told March would be the expected delivery date. Well today is May 6th and I'm just now canceling my order. Apparently there is one piece that they just couldn't get (the wedge piece that holds the sectional couch together.) so they decided to delete that piece from my order and schedule delivery. Well my coyote I've found out that they deleted that peice and promptly canceled the order. 5 months it took them to not get one piece of furniture. And through the entire process we were not updated once. Every month I had to be the one who called and got ahold of someone in the distribution chain to find out the status of my order. No one called me. No one apologized. This company does a disservice to its customers and doesn't take measures to insure customers satisfaction. I should have listened to more of the Yelp reviews because I might not have wasted my time. The 2 star average review for this store makes sense and business should be avoided at all times. I've heard ok things about their in stock items. If the service rep at the store says it's in stock then I'm sure you won't have a problem. It if they say they have to order it...don't bother. I used to think of Ashley Furniture as being cheap furniture, but when we looked around and found amazing pieces and even bought a sofa and a chair. Our helper, Jenny, was attentive without being overbearing. We were very pleased with our purchase....that was the beginning of April of 2021. It was halfway through July when our couch was delivered. It's August now and we still don't have an arm to our chair. It was supposed to be delivered today, but somehow didn't make the truck and no one updated us until after it was supposed to be delivered. Arm ETA is September. Then there was the assembly of the couch. They didn't do it. The couch pieces were pushed together so we didn't notice right away that they weren't secured until my toddler fell between them and almost broke her leg! Not being hyperbolic, this was serious and could have been worse if we were parents who weren't within arms reach and it had been her head. We told customer service and NOTHING. So now we have unsafe, unassembled, furniture. Maybe in September (only 6 months late) we'll be able to spend time in our living room. SUMMARY: Couch and chair ordered in beginning of April 2021. -Couch and partial chair delivered July 17. -Chair arm scheduled to be delivered between 12 and 3 on August 4. We were notified at 3 pm that the arm wasn't but on the truck and we'd have to wait another month. -August 3rd we discovered that our couch was not put together after our toddler's leg fell down between the pieces. -August 4th we reported to customer service the couch was unsafe and we're told the issue would be escalated. -August 5th I was told by customer service that our issue had been resolved. It absolutely had not. I was told a technician would call me the next day to schedule an appointment to assemble the couch correctly. -August 6th. No phone call. Email responding to comment from Ashley - August 7th. I responded to Ashley's comment below. Apologies from Ashley. Promise of assembly at some point. -August 9th. Voicemail and e-mail. Voicemail indicated that couch would be assembled when the chair is delivered, but new chair arm ETA is September 3rd. -August 11th. Voicemail and email indicating chair arm should arrive to distribution 8/17. No mention of couch which remains unassembled and unsafe. -August 20th. I contacted customer service and was told new estimated delivery is October 9. Ticket was elevated for unassembled couch and they said they had 48 hours to get back to me. Never did. read more

This is a review on an order we made in June 2020. Yes, you read that correctly. I'm writing a review on the 6th of January 2021, about an order my wife and I made in June 2020. We went to Ashley after making an appointment, since at the time, it was very Covid prevention heavy. The wife and I looked around the place for a living room set (sofa, loveseat, and possibly chair). We found one that we liked and talked to a salesperson about it, and was told that it could be ready by end of July. We were a bit hesitant about the wait, but we went ahead and purchased the set and got our tentative delivery date in July. Skip to mid-July. We get a call that our furniture won't make the delivery date, and that it may arrive by the end of July. We said, okay, no worries. Skip to end of July....no call, nothing. I had to contact Ashley to find out that our furniture won't be delivered until next month, end of August. Spoke to wife and we said, okay...no problem. Skip to end of August...no call, no email...nothing. Had to contact Ashley again, and they apologized for not calling, and said that the factory was having issues, due to Covid. We understood, and they gave us another tentative delivery date in September, mid to end of month. Skip to end of September...same thing, nothing. Contacted Ashley again, and they said that the delivery was pushed to mid-October. No apologies this time for not contacting us about the changes. No worries, we tell them. Skip to October. Lo and behold, we get the loveseat and chair delivered. But no sofa. We were told that the sofa was delayed at factory and should be delivered at the end of the month. Nice. Okay. Skip to end of October....and...yup, same thing. No contact from Ashley. Contacted them again, and was told that the sofa was further delayed due to Covid. We asked when the sofa would arrive, and they said it would be in the warehouse in November, delivered before Thanksgiving. Uh...okay. Skip to end of November. Thanksgiving came and went, and again, nothing from Ashley. We contacted them, only to get the Covid excuse again and delay at the factory. We were told that we would get it before Christmas and that they were sorry for all the delays. At this time, we went back to Ashley to talk to someone in person. While there, our "case" went to someone who "promised" to take care of things. We were also "promised" 10% refund on our purchase. We didn't care about any of that, we just wanted our sofa. Skip to the day before Christmas. Yup. Nothing from Ashley. My wife contacted them and asked about the sofa and we were told that it wouldn't be in the warehouse until FEBRUARY! Yes, Feb of 2021. That was unacceptable and the Ashley rep heard a lot from my wife. We were having guest over for Christmas lunch/dinner and the sofa not there limited seating drastically. We decided that was the last straw. We headed to Ashley, the weekend after Christmas and cancelled our sofa. We asked when the refund would be applied, and they said since it was over $1400, it would take longer. No real time line, just it would take longer. From there, we went to American Home Furniture (see review) and bought a sofa that was close to the loveseat and chair we got from Ashley. From the time we paid and the time we got the sofa, a total of 7 days elapsed. Far from the 6 months to get 2 out of 3 pieces. We both realize that the covid pandemic caused a lot of problems, but the constant run arounds and broken "promises" put a sour taste in our mouths. We will never shop at Ashley again, and we will tell our friends to be wary and let them know what we went through to avoid them going through this unnecessary stress and frustration. 1 star is being generous. read more

I went to The Ashley Homestore because I was considering a sofa purchase. When I arrived, the team member who greeted me {Anthony} was gracious and super helpful even though I was not looking for a roomful of expensive furniture; I just needed a simple sofa for a second bedroom. He could not have been more helpful. I showed him the sofa I found online and, even though it was not from one of Ashley's top end lines of furniture, he treated my small purchase as if it was as important as a large one. Anthony also made the buying process easy and did not pressure me to purchase any extras that were unnecessary. If I need to purchase furniture again, I would definitely go to Ashley Homestore. read more

Worst place to do business. If they do anything wrong it is not their fault. Then when you try to get it fixed you have to jump through a bazillion hoops and they still haven't fixed the issue and it's been 3 weeks. I still do not have my furniture!!! I paid in cash and now they can't find my order to deliver it. Really? Bullshit. Worst customer service ever!!! They don't return phone calls and you must be persistent and I still haven't gotten my issue figured out. They were supposed to call back yesterday for the 4th time but still have not returned any phone calls whatsoever!! Purchasing furniture should not be this hard!!! I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Horrible service once $4,000 sale was made. Love seat fell apart 3 months in and I can't get anyone to fix it or replace it. I even paid for an extended warranty! Never purchase from this company. I even had to take a full day off from work to wait for a truck that was to deliver my replacement loveseat that never showed up. I wish I could return it all for a full refund! They won't do that either. read more

I ordered a couch and loveseat in July - was told 8 wks. That was extended and extended. Sofa finally arrived and was delivered Oct 30. Was told loveseat wouldn't be available until December! Finally got notification it was ready to be delivered, scheduled for 12/19. No one showed, no one called. Finally learned the loveseat was never even at the warehouse! They rescheduled me automatically for 12/28 when they said it would be in. I changed that to today because I wasn't going to be home. I never received any notification that delivery was going to finally be today. I called the delivery center and the bot said "it's ready for delivery, pick a date after Jan 8"!!! So it wasn't even actually scheduled for today!!! This has been such an arduous and exhausting experience! I will never go to Ashley again! After reading other reviews, I emailed feedback@dsghome.com, and just received the same response as before. They basically told me someone was already working on it, that they didn't work at my local store, but they would be in touch. read more

We purchased a couch in July 2020 and have yet to receive the couch. Every time I contact customer service I get the run-around and usually it takes about an hour to get any sort of answer. Every_single_time the response is to give me an estimated date that is two weeks out from my inquiry. And then in two weeks I find myself back on the phone with their customer service that ALWAYS bounces me around at least twice. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and the resolution was a $100 discount towards the purchase and that the item would be scheduled for delivery as soon as it is available. Today I spent two hours on the phone and there is no record of this $100 discount and therefore no one will honor it, despite me providing the documentation from the BBB. Additionally, one person at Ashley said the couch was available but that they had scheduled deliveries past next week, which implies that we were not contacted immediately. After an hour they changed their tune and gave me another estimated date....two weeks out. I have contacted the BBB to let them know. The customer service is appalling. I would not recommend purchasing any furniture from Ashley. read more
