Another great thing about Lb is: if you need help putting an outfit together, just ask and a stylist will help you, they also do bra fittings. Come to find out Kate Spade only offers 30 days for any returns or exchanges..... needless to say both my husband and I were shocked about this. If my husband knew this he would have never bought the clutch in the beginning or just gone to Nordstrom's to see if they carried it. My husband and I always buy designer purses and wallets because of the warranty and customer service that comes with it. The manager was Nice enough to let me exchange however what I picked out was $100 less than the original item and she was not Willing to refund my husbands CC. Now I get it if I came in 90 days after date of purchase or the tags weren't attached but that was not the case at all. And she wasn't willing to make the exception. Even when my husband purchased the clutch the sales associate didn't tell him you only have 30 days to return/exchange this. And he told her this was a bday gift. Having said that, I love how their jeans fit and come in so many sizes. I also have found some amazing basics at great prices. I do most of my shopping online but stopped in on Friday to make a few returns. It was the weirdest thing. Because they were unable to look up my phone number they weren't able to complete the returns despite me pulling up all of the information on my account on my phone with my Express ID, order number, tags on, and the sale was less than a month ago. It was so strange. The manager was not very empathetic about it either. It was like what decade are we in? However, I called customer service yesterday and they were very helpful and went back in yesterday since we were going to be at Polaris anyways. The manager working yesterday was amazing however and went up and beyond to make it right. She was so nice and helpful. I thought her name would be on the receipt but it's not so whoever was working last night, thanks again.
