The shape was SPOT on which is the biggest issue I typically have. This time it was the curing of my polish. There were several bumpy/flaky areas which kind of made my nails look weird. The whole service lasted about 15 minutes. My nails dried for about 25 minutes while I waited for my friend and I gave them my card to pay. I said I'd tip $5. The receptionist said that's not 20% I said I know, that's what I want to tip. She argued with me about it so I gave in and paid 20%. When I got in the car the corner of my toe immediately chipped. Service is quite expensive compared to other massage places and gratuity automatically gets charged. I asked the massouse to "go heavier" and he did not. It truly felt like I was getting lotion rubbed on my body rather than a massage and I work out 4x a week so I was really looking for more pressure.
