    Two years ago, I rated them 4, but not this time…read more First and foremost, what they sell is absolute junk. In my earlier review I noted having my warranty furniture replaced. Make sure you get the warranty, because you are going to need it. My first piece I bought from them was a 3500 power sectional. I replaced it under warranty because the motors went out. It took over a year to get the issue resolved. I finally had to get it replaced completely. I replaced it with another piece, a $2,000 power sofa. The sofa motors have stopped working. I purchased a protection plan, and all I need is the invoice number from my purchase. Unfortunately those documents were destroyed. Now, this brings me to Debra. Debra thinks this is all hilarious. Debra thinks that she should laugh in the customer's face. Debra thinks it's funny to humiliate someone. Debra thinks trauma is hilarious. Not that is any concern of Debra's, but the documents of mine were destroyed when my mother's home was destroyed in a fire. Debra thinks homeowners should cover furniture that wasn't affected. Debra thinks insurance fraud is funny, too. Debra cares about her sales. Debra was also rude in person to my partner and me two years ago. Debra was the reason I didn't give them five in the first place. It appears you shouldn't expect much more out of Debra. Regardless, I was told by the district manager and Billy, you'll get to know Billy, with promises upon promises upon promises and no action from American freight Corporate. American Freight Corporate has taken absolutely no action in helping me. Don't think you're going to contact them either. Contacting them as an endless loop. They don't care about the customer. They can't help you, and they damned sure won't try - especially that "lovely" Debra (I won't be nasty like Debra - Debra knows how I feel, but I think Corporate needs to know, too). I hope the district manager is reading this one for sure. Got to give it to Billy... he would help if he could. But Debra is a horrible, terrible, nasty person and should be fired immediately.

    NEGATIVE 10 stars!! this store and company are a JOKE. we've been owed over $5000 from them since…read moreFeb 10th for an order they repeatedly lied about parts not being in the warehouse/then none of it was in the warehouse. at purchase we were told delivery would be late Jan/early Feb. mid February we call and are told they're waiting on some of the pieces at the warehouse. we ask for what's there to be delivered an we will pickup the rest ourselves when it comes in (an option we confirmed at purchase would be ok) they then told us NOTHING was in the warehouse and it would be mid March before it would be there, then allow time for deliver. we then CANCEL the order on 2/10 and are told 3 business days it will be back into our bank account via the debit card we used at purchase. 5 business days go by. we call and they tell us they have swapped system and a check will have to be mailed from corporate we should have it in 14-21 days. so then we wait that time frame. call back are told it didn't mail out til 2/23. now it's 3/16 we still don't have the check. Have called the store. They can't tell us anything. Have chatted online they told me a refund wasn't even processed yet but she "processed it today" and it will be in our bank account via debit card in 7-10 days. I highly doubt it. But there's no way my money should sit there from 2/10--3/16 before you even refund it when I cancelled the order on 2/10!!!

    Walking into a mattress store is overwhelming for most people (Should I just lay down on every…read moresingle one? Is firm really good for people with bad backs? HELP!). As a first time mattress shopper and sufferer of chronic back and neck pain, I was feeling pretty lost. We walked in the door and Jacob immediately made us feel comfortable. He asked goal-directed questions that quickly narrowed things down from a large, impressive selection of inventory to the specific type/style of mattress that would meet our particular needs. It was clear the entire time that this guy is not only an expert when it comes to mattresses (he even busted a myth about firmness, and we learned quite a bit about spinal alignment, too). His scope of knowledge was impressive, but what really stood out to me was how obvious it was that he really cares about making sure people leave with the right mattress. We spend a sizable chunk of our lives horizontally, and this was a very big and important purchase to us. It seemed Jacob went out of his way to be helpful, accommodating, and friendly --from tolerating our cheesy jokes as we tested mattresses to carrying our new pillows out to our car for us when we left. The atmosphere was laid back, relaxed, and no-pressure. In the end, we went with a king sized Tempur-pedic that we financed for a very reasonable price. We are so excited and can't wait to sleep on it after its delivered! The real star of this show, however, was Jacob. Will definitely be referring our friends and family here.

Last time purchase from location and another mattress store will get additional business.
