I don't even remember our salesman from the time but he was very inexperienced. We had picked out and purchased 3 twin bed sets for our kids. After paying we were told to drive around back to the garage door to load the beds. We sat back there for 20-30 mins with no one showing up to open the door. My husband walked around to the front of the store only to be told they didn't have the beds in stock and that they will be in within the week. Having to order them was fine but not the fact that we were waiting to be loaded and no one came to say anything! Communication to the customers and within the store was pitiful. Things have seemed to improve over the year. Will most likely check them out first next time if Jim is there.
