If you're looking for an amazing family photographer, Ashley is your gal! When our family photographer moved to southern Cali, I had to hunt for a new photographer to help capture our family photos. Being ex wedding photographers ourselves, we're super picky... I had a huge list of recommendations and we went thru the list. Ashley's work really stood out, also she was very patient with my odd questions of "what type of equipment do you use? Do you shoot in raw? Etc..." not the traditional questions that most clients will ask. Leading up to our photoshoot, Ashley was also super patient on helping us scout out a location that gave us the backdrop we wanted. With covid, many of our preferred choices were closed but she kept calling to try to see if they were reopen. Also found us many backup choices. When we found a place we wanted to shoot at, there was a tree that had fallen and that part of the park was closed down. Ashley really went above and beyond - kept checking back and it reopened two days before our shoot! On the day of the shoot, our baby was fussy and threw tantrums rolled around in the dirt! Ashley was amazing at making her laugh and still was able to capture all of our happy moments together! I was super worried that it wouldn't turn out good since the baby wasn't cooperating Also I was shocked at the turnaround time. Ashley sent us sneak peeks the day after the shoot! Even though we had seen her beautiful work on her website prior to our session, the photos she captured far exceeded our expectations! So you book a photographer for a family session on the beach at golden hour. Of course you're all smiles and you get some great pictures in that'll be with you forever. Sounds pretty easy, right? We had a wonderful experience during our newborn photo session with Ashley! We decided on an outdoor location due to social distancing concerns. We had a fun backyard session on a sunny San Francisco afternoon.
