The whole 'its so…read morebusy' excuse for poor service is possibly OK once in a while as things are busy, but, I have never rung the surgery and not been made to feel like a complete hindrence for needing to see a Dr as obviously Im contributing to this very busyness they are experiencing. If you are new to the area, definitely try and register at another surgery as you will always be made to feel very grateful for actually getting an appointment

I've always managed to get an appointment if not with my doctor then with a doctor within the centre. This is an NHS medical centre and will take new patients within their area.
