There aren't enough words to adequately describe how fantastic a realtor Ashlee Prudhel is but we are going to try! This is our second time working with Ashlee. She helped us find the house we lived in for eight years and she helped us sell that same house in less than two weeks so we could make our dreams of living on the Oregon coast come true! Her marketing of our home was amazing and extremely creative! She made us want to buy our own house again! She made sure it was seen on many platforms and even took video of the small town feel of Herald by shooting a portion of the video in front of the Herald store. We were truly impressed by her ability to create a unique take on selling our property. Ashlee was available to us any time we had questions or concerns about the process. She helped calm some nerves and talked to us almost daily making sure we knew what was happening with the entire selling process. She was very patient and understanding of our anxiety. We found it helpful that Ashlee knew Herald and the fact that she is a local realtor who lives in the area meant she was able to market our home with the knowledge of a person who's been here her entire life making her an authority. We would definitely recommend Ashlee to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the Herald/Lodi/Galt area! We believe Ashlee is the best realtor ever! She made the buying (8 years ago) seem so easy and then when we reached out to her to sell it she made that process easy as well! She's professional, experienced, and someone who knows her profession inside and out! Best, Mark & Dara-Lee Triebes read more

We can't recommend Ashlee enough! About two years ago, a house came on the market that I had driven by my entire life. I just had to see it, but after looking at it, we realized it wasn't the right fit for us. We told Ashlee that if anything came up within about a 10-mile radius that was over two acres and had potential to be horse property, to keep us in mind. Over the next two years, she did exactly that. Anytime something that fit our criteria came on the market, she reached out. Sometimes we went to see it, and other times we knew from the photos it wasn't the one. She never pressured us and was incredibly patient throughout the entire search. Then one day, Ashlee called us about a property that wasn't even live on the market yet. It checked every box on our list, so we looked at it, went pending shortly after, and listed our home. Even though it seemed perfect on paper, something just didn't feel right. We made the difficult decision to walk away. Almost immediately after, our dream home popped up. It wasn't allowing showings for a few days, but that didn't stop Ashlee. She worked her magic, got us in early, and we were under contract the very next day. Today we've sold our previous home, moved into our dream property, and couldn't be happier. Ashlee was incredible every step of the way. She was patient, proactive, honest, and always had our best interests at heart. We never felt pressured, only supported. If you're looking for a realtor who truly listens, goes above and beyond, and will work tirelessly to help you find the right home, Ashlee is the one. read more

Ashlee is simply one of the best real estate professionals I have ever worked with. From our initial consultation through closing, she demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise, dedication, and professionalism. Ashlee's knowledge of local neighborhoods and market pricing was evident from the outset. Her marketing plan, property photos, and listing details were outstanding, and her ability to accurately assess comparable properties resulted in a competitively priced listing -- which led to a full-price offer after the first weekend on the market. Throughout the transaction, Ashlee managed every aspect of the process with remarkable thoroughness. From coordinating showings to working with our escrow and title company and handling all associated paperwork, every detail was executed with care and efficiency, requiring minimal effort on my part. During the post-inspection period, she skillfully negotiated repair costs on my behalf, achieving a favorable outcome that reflected her depth of experience. The entire transaction, from signing the initial seller's agreement to closing, was completed within 30 days -- a testament to her organizational ability and unwavering commitment to her clients.
