I have a 2003 honda accord with 120k miles on it so i expect i'll need to have some maintenance done to the vehicle at times. However, when i pulled out of my parking spot one morning there was a huge oil spot underneath my car. Scary. I took the car in for a look. Within about 20 mins Tim had diagnosed the issue, assured me it wasn't that big of deal, and was able to provide me a quote on the service that was more than reasonable. I went to him thinking the worst and that i would be having to either replace the engine or get a new car. Due to my own travel i wasn't able to have my car worked on that week, but Tim was open to communicating with me via text message to set up an appointment to have my car serviced and he even provided a loaner vehicle. (I talk on the phone for a living so if i can do anything via text or email it's a huge bonus for me) Most importantly I felt like i could trust Tim. I hate going to a mechanic and they try take advantage of the fact i know nothing of vehicles and try to get you to pay for services that aren't necessary. I was completely prepared to have other services performed but Tim assured me that if i wasn't having issues with the vehicle they could probably wait and saved me some money in the end. He could have easily put some extra money in the shops pocket but instead he created a repeat customer. The shop is way out of the way for me but I would have trouble finding a mechanic I trust so it's well worth the drive. Great job....thanks again Tim.

Whether you need something necessary and timely, like an oil change or alignment, or something much more complex like a complete do-over...Dr. D is your man!! With years of experience and knowledge of every model, size what-have-you...my husband and I highly recommend this business. I would never choose this company for oil if I were you. They tell you one thing in person that needs to be done, but then lie on paper and say something different. We have had six guys here, all saying something different, causing a hassle of a mess. Then today, I spoke to Tammy; she was so rude! She didn't care that I had the tech conversation with me on our Ring cam that proves what I'm saying: "I get what you're saying, but it's not what he put on the paper!" I said, "So how come every time a tech comes out here, they lie about what they told me, seeing as it's happened each time?" Her reply was, "I don't know! I'll have to have a talk with them when they come in." I said, "Well, it's getting cold; we have barely any oil and don't want to put oil into the tank, seeing as he told me it would Contaminate it an not work properly! She didn't care, so I went, "Maybe I should have another company come out and look at the tank." She went, "You should, because we no longer want to work with you, and I'll let community action know. I'll email them." I said, "Okay, that's fine," then hung up! They are nothing but rude and never write down what they do on these service calls! I'd stay away! You guys are the worst oil company and so rude. Tammy is beyond rude and makes no sense. Seeing Tammy said it goes by what they wrote, not what they say in person, even though it's on my Ring camera. But we already found a new amazing oil company that doesn't play games and is honest and respectful, unlike your company. AMAZING PEOPLE! Dave and Peter came out to inspect and plan…read morethe job and both were incredibly professional and attentive to my concerns. When it was time for the installation of the heaters, we had the privilege of being assigned Ryan, Nick and Pat for our home. These 3 young men were wonderful. I felt comfortable having them here, they did a FANTASTIC job with the heaters, the outside unit and the fuse box. I am thrilled with the way they all interacted with my family too.
