I left this identical review under Well Now, but thats because its essentially the same location…read moreunder a new name and the well now version is closed. This urgent care used to be Well Now but is now Quickmed but its the same location and we have been there with similar experience under the well now name and the current name. I'm superstitious that if I crow about good care it will disappear (kind of like a universal I told you so), so to be clear this is only about the care I have received to date, and the experience going forward could change at any time. This is hands down the best urgent care medical services my family and I have experienced in two decades. The providers aren't just attentive and caring, they are competent. Like shockingly competent, which is something I don't really expect to receive in this region, even at the "nicer" areas, much less by an urgent care anywhere. The office side is a little iffy (mostly workflow problems: long waits, communication issues, computer system problems), but the office staff has always been courteous to us and I would far prefer to have people who care, try, and the providers to be medically competent than have shorter wait times and a more efficient workflow. Seriously, don't improve those at the expense of medical care.

If I could give them no stars I would. The doctors are awesome. However, the staff at the office…read morein Huber Heights did not meet up to my expectations. I had an appointment for my mother who is 83 years of age. I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. I asked if she needed blood work done again since we rescheduled. Olivia at the front desk told me no since the appointment was only 2 weeks away. We get there and she did not have her down for that new date. She said it was for a month away. If that was the case she would had needed new blood work. My problem is that she didn't bother to see if any of the doctors could take my mom that day. She just said "we don't have her down for today". For those of you with elderly parents you know the effort it takes to get them to an appointment. I also took off work. But the main problem was that she only needed someone to go over her blood work and she refused to ask if they could squeeze her in. My mom has to prepare hours beforehand to get dress and get to appointments. She wasn't pleasant and had no empathy whatsoever. If I didn't like the doctors there, I would certainly never go back!!!! Very disappointed.

I had the worst treatment at this hospital by after care nurses name Jahnse and Jenny at Sion…read morehospital. These nurses allowed me to feel unsafe that I discharge my self early after only 1 night stay from a major surgery. They refused meds that were prescribed to me while I was in extreme pain. They allowed me to remain in blood stained sheets the whole time and played mind games with what meds I was able to take when my charts showed clearly I was prescribed the amount I asked. I haven't even received an after care call since I left. I hope that they re train them proper care to clients this was a very emotional experience i hope no one ever has to encounter again. The evening nurses and the dr who did my surgery were excellent.. but those two day time nurses need to fix their attitude and behavior. It looks bad on the hospital.
