In July and August 2016, had blood work done, seen a hematologist, told I had P.V…read more Polycythemia Vera, than next week told I didn't have PV just high red blood counts, then still complaining of several symptoms to PFP, so over several months I seen several specialists with no diagnosis, went to an opthemologist because one of my symptoms was eyes hurting and light sensitivity, but eyes were fine, was discussing all my symptoms and he asked if I been tested for Lyme Disease, so ask PFP for testing,well it came back positive for Lyme, referred me to Dr Manis took two weeks before he said he couldn't help me, by this time I was informed I had no ins. due to my ignorance, So then I ask PFP to fill out long term ins. they refused to do so and then I get a call from PFP saying they couldn't help me anymore and to find a new Dr. Office, so know I'm going thru Lyme disease and all its nasty symptoms and co-infections which are life debilitating! They just up and let me go with no help what so ever! Plus my cnp at PFP would just sit there at every visit and would just repeat the word sure sure sure as I would explain my symptoms very annoying! And supposingly was concerned about me at one point a nurse told me but still let me down in my time of need.

I was very nervous about my two procedures. The nurses put my mind at ease. They were so comforting and caring. I was so anxious about the anesthesia, but, the nurse anesthetist was wonderful to make me feel everything would be okay. My husband had a diabetic low sugar while we were there and they even took care of him. I would recommend this surgical center to everyone. I had my surgery rescheduled at my request so I could have time to care for my dad as he's not been well. I was unable to return the call to schedule labwork, I reached out to the scheduling to clarify a few things regarding my not scheduling the labwork and to explain a few concerns I had. Central scheduling cancelled my appointment with the surgeon for pre-surgery weight check, ignored my provided information about my shunt, kept saying they would have to send me to another hospital because I'm ONE POUND over the weight limit, and also called this hospital by the old name, thus sending me to the wrong website to a hospital 2 hours from my home when they really mean one 30 minutes from me that is under a new name. I write to the office to try and clear this up, I get a reply of "Surgery cancelled at your request" and they did not address ANY of the concerns I laid out in my message to the office. So now I have no surgeon for my gallbladder, all thanks to a lousy office that can't respect the fact their patients can't always call back right away. The lab work wasn't required until 2 weeks before surgery, they called me 4 weeks before hand, for lab work that could change in two weeks time. Premier was willing to work with me on my schedule for a previous surgery, without any of this mess. So thanks for nothing, Kettering.

I had an appointment for my mother who is 83 years of age. I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. I asked if she needed blood work done again since we rescheduled. Olivia at the front desk told me no since the appointment was only 2 weeks away. We get there and she did not have her down for that new date. She said it was for a month away. If that was the case she would had needed new blood work. My problem is that she didn't bother to see if any of the doctors could take my mom that day. She just said "we don't have her down for today". For those of you with elderly parents you know the effort it takes to get them to an appointment. I also took off work. But the main problem was that she only needed someone to go over her blood work and she refused to ask if they could squeeze her in. My mom has to prepare hours beforehand to get dress and get to appointments. She wasn't pleasant and had no empathy whatsoever. If I didn't like the doctors there, I would certainly never go back!!!! Very disappointed.

The last straw was when the pain meds the PA prescribed were useless and it took 4 calls and 3 days to get them to call me back. These people apparently see their patients as cattle or commodities. Don't expect them to care about your health, just your wallet.
