A week later I had a flat. I called and a very rude woman told me they didn't cover that. I would have to call the manufacturer. She gave me the run around. I wondered if she pocketed the $. I purchased another tire else where. I let that slide. My a/c went out. I took my car there paying $300. It half way works. Again, I went to them. I do transports for special needs individuals. I have to have air. Again, the very rude woman had an attitude. She argued with me yelling I didn't buy my tires there. When she realized she was wrong she got even uglier. She said it wasn't their fault the air didn't work. They were not responsible. I decided to just leave. As I exited the door she yelled bye a few times. I turned around looking for a manager or the owner. I went into the bay area where she was talking about me to her coworkers. I asked for owners number and she wouldn't give it to me. Telling me they would tell me the same thing. I told her I wanted to talk to them about her behavior. That she was completely unprofessional. She was red faced yelling obscenities at me as I left. Idk if any of what she said was true. I just know as long as she is at the front desk I will take my business elsewhere. I hope the owners see this and remove her as the face of this establishment.

First, I was told it would take weeks before they could get to it - and, then they took it upon themselves to get a quote for the job at a different shop - one I was not familiar with. I told them I would like them to do the work because I trusted them. Then they decided they would have to re-price the parts and re-evaluate the quote! They would get back to me for an appointment. Didn't happen. Because of this ill treatment, I would never recommend them to a future victim. Good news is - I took the car out of town, got the repair done at a cost less than what he had quoted. So much for shopping locally with small business owners!!

On 6/14, Asked local mechanic, Earl's Automotive to fix lights on dashboard of my car. Was told…read morebecause it was hybrid, would have to scan for codes for $73.83 which I paid. (Receptionist did not tell me Earl's Auto couldn't fix problems on hybrid cars even if they found the problem.) Told me after I paid $73.83, that I had to have my my car towed to Toyota for which I paid $186.00 and when Toyota scanned it for $150.00, they found it needed an ABS Actuator for $4,000. Earls's receptionist never told me about the fact that they couldn't fix hybrid cars if and when I paid for their scan. After I paid, she told me that anywhere that I took it to be fixed would scan it a second time. I want a complete refund on this useless test that was performed. The codes that I paid for in Earl's test were only a part of the problem. Toyota told me that the failure of the 2 codes that Earl gave me were caused by the disfunction of the ABS Actuator, which wasn't even mentioned by Earl's Auto in the $73.83 scan I paid for. I Have called every day since 6/15 with no response. When I confronted him in person, he said I was rude to personnel which is not even true. He said that he could have fixed my car, but decided against it because I was rude. The real reason he didn't fix my car is that he doesn't work on Hybrids, according to what his receptionist told me when I asked why he couldn't fix my car after diagnosing it.I am 85 years old with no car now and on an income of $2000 a month.
