However, it is a Sunday so they could not get the part for me. When I heard the Tech said I need a fan motor I know he was BS. So I denied the service. He told me to sign a refused of service. I did ask him how much for a service call he said he does not know. I received a bill from Thermal solution for 3 hours of services. The tech is there for less than 30 minutes. I reach out to them and the dispatcher Pat took my information but no one ever call me back. Invoice comment" system needs multiple repairs" Larry, my system only need a capacitor and it Has been running since it was replaced. If you want to take advantage of your customers shows some effort. At least bring a correct ladder for the job. For me, $370 for Thermal Solutions' reputation is quite cheap.
