Extra fees left and right, AND communication is a NIGHTMARE…read more My loved one laid in the morgue for three unnecessary days waiting to be picked up because no one called me to let me know there as another step after filing paper work online. Their phone system is automated, rarely sends you to a real person, and is slower than email. They also messed up the death certificate, filed it incorrectly, and want me to pay an extra fee for correcting their mistake. We did not even get to publish an obituary because they charge $150 dollars (?!) to send it to the paper. The office they had me come to when I picked up her remains is basically a closet in a business center. Did not feel respectful. They are NOT cheap or simple. Would never use them again.

Petland is located in suburban area, in a quiet setting beautiful pine trees. There are many many beloved pets buried there since its opening back in 1963 ! We are so very glad we chose Petland for our beloved Beagle's resting place ! My dear friend entered home hospice a little over a week prior to her passing. Arkansas Hospice…read moreprovided everything she needed to have as peaceful and comfortable a transitional experience as possible. Each member of the visiting nursing staff was cordial, compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to my friend's needs throughout the transition, and her knowing that she would pass on in familiar surroundings contributed to a much more calming and comfortable experience than if she had been in a hospital or a hospice facility. Several times during the experience at very odd hours, we called Arkansas Hospice for advice or assistance, and the assigned hospice nurse showed up quickly and with a caring and concerned demeanor each and every time. I can not think of one single thing that Arkansas Hospice could have done better to make a very difficult period as comfortable as possible not only for our beloved friend, but for her care team of family and friends as well. A heartfelt and sincere thank you to the wonderful staff at Arkansas Hospice.
