Excellent service at an excellent price point! Full service funeral homes are wonderful when the family is doing a full range of services in the same location where your loved one passes away. But, if your loved one is being cremated in one city and interred in another, you will pay for that Funeral Director in both cities. Thank you Arkansas Cremation for offering a low-cost cremation services in Little Rock! Their website was very clear on pricing options and easy to navigate. They took my calls prior to my mom's death, answering questions. They also provided the transport documentation we require for taking my mom's remains to another state. There was a typo (not on my end) with the death certificate, but Arkansas Cremation submitted the correction and mailed me the new originals in another state at no additional cost. They are very easy to work with! They are a budget option, so be aware they their offices are not always manned and you may have to leave messages with an answering service...but they are very responsive in email and returning calls. These folks are a great option when you don't need full-service funeral planning. read more

I can't say enough good things about the service and support from Arkansas Cremation. My sister recently passed, and with me living out of State and being somewhat travel-limited myself, I was really stressed about how I could best arrange things for my sister. Amy worked with me from the start, guiding me through the online arrangement process, giving advice on how to find needed information for the legal forms, and answering all of my questions about the actual process and the best options for urns, mementos, memorials, and so on. Samantha and Heather were also very helpful in assisting me with some last-minute changes. The folks working their call-assistance lines were also very kind and compassionate. In short, I felt like I was dealing with family throughout the entire process, and was extremely pleased with the results. I was very pleased with the service provided by Arkansas Cremation. You have to understand up front that you do everything online. There is no viewing of your loved one once they are in the possession of Arkansas Cremation. it took approximately 2 weeks and then you set an appointment to pick up your loved one. You receive the cremains and death certificates when you pick up your loved one. I would think these things would be explained up front on their website. This would be my only complaint. Amy was awesome to work with on the obituary. especially since we had to reschedule my Mother's service because of snow. She was very prompt and easy to work with. I saw some complaints about death certificate errors, I did not encounter this. Everyone was very nice and respectful. I will use their service again. With the cost of funerals being outrageous, Arkansas Cremation provides another option that is respectful and dignified! read more

This was all new to me. I had no idea what I was doing. I was his only child, lived almost 8 hours away,and he had never remarried. I had NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. The process of obtaining the services of this company was easy and completed quickly. We did it all online. The company came to the hospital to care for my loves one's remains. They completed the task of cremation in a timely manner, and notified us when finished. We were able to ask a friend to retrieve the cremains as both remaining relatives reside in distant places and we did not want to pay the shipping fee. The costs were within our range. read more

We were pleased that Mom's ashes were ready within a couple of weeks, even with Christmas and New Year's Holidays. A representative did go out of her way to meet me after hours to retrieve my mom's remains so we had them for the memorial service. For the most part everything went smoothly. I didn't really care for the container my mother's remains arrived. Some of the ashes leaked so that was a difficult moment.
