Nadine was condescending, demeaning and rude to my father. He was obviously uncomfortable in her chair - but she started without even caring if he was settled properly. You could see him fidgeting to get himself in a position that was semi decent. We were the last appointment of the day - she just wanted to get out of there!!!! He said to her - 'hello, hello' ... not in a rude way - but in a way to get her attention because he was in a totally awkward position. (He shouldn't have had to do this - it should have been the first thing she did.) She responded - "I don't work at Adelaide Place you know" (the retirement residence he just moved out of). Just a nasty, not necessary comment ... completely unpleasant. My father is a totally funny, amusing, 'with it' 90 year, not physically - but definitely mentally 110%. He felt belittled. I suspect seniors are a large portion of her business and she should treat them with dignity and respect. To add insult to injury we were charged $84 for this service. We will NOT be returning.

I was bleeding, Had in-grown nails after, and my own 9 months pregnant wife who should have been treated superbly left crying. So...one negative experience, and not the real dr's doing...but the office did not handle my complaints very well and kind of brushed me off. Very sad. I wish them well, but I don't know if id go back, even though i used to love them. Five stars for first visit, 1 star for second.

Most insurance plans cover for podiatry, and this is the best. Dr. Chelin understands that foot mobility (which strangely does not fall under the OHIP umbrella) and hip mobility (and yes, you can have your hip replaced at no cost) are both equally important to mobility. I am tired of having really achy feet, and Dr. Chilin and his team have proposed several solutions, which I am investigating. The lack of OHIP is a problem; once I've verified that the insurance will cover the surgery that would help, then I can proceed. Dr. Chelin and the clinic understand this dilemma, and are patient with it, as you investigate whether your treatment will be an economically viable option
