And of course I loved the hydrojelly mask (one of my favourite services). I would definitely recommend Renew MediSpa for any service you're looking for. I love going for facials, peels, dermaplaning, and forma not to mention getting a few needed visits with Nurse Roxanne for some Dysport here and there. You definitely will not be disappointed with any service from here and honestly the prices are very reasonable.

For the pedi I was laying on a massage bed which must have made it difficult for the aesthetician, but she managed to do an ok job. For the gel manicure, just check out the pictures. I've never had a worse gel manicure in my life. My nails were basically glued to my skin. I don't know how this is even possible. I didn't have it in me to complain or upset the aesthetician. I wouldn't go back or recommend.

Energetic and friendly they always make each visit a pleasant one. I've only ever had waxing done here but they offer a variety of services. They also have a very trendy and unique jewellery display throughout their reception area which I have made a few purchases from. My only complaint would be I wouldn't suggest leaving a voicemail if it picks up when you call to make an appointment, I've never had any luck when I've done so. Wait for when you can actually book directly with one of them personally over the phone. Keep up the great work!

I could not even let her finish doing the rest of my eyebrows, I told her to stop and walked out of the back room. She is lucky I even paid for that kind of treatment!!!. When your at a salon you should feel relaxed and beautified, not uncomfortable and upset. All the years and many places i have been to for nails and wax i have never experienced anything like this. She was very dismissive and treated us terribly. She seemed more Interested in laughing and joking around with the student then listening to my concerns and treating my child. She gave us some "new and experimental " cream which only made things worse and then told us she didn't know how to help us. Overall terrible experience. I would never trust her with anything skin related. My son and I ended up going to sick kids to get help on our own.
