Either you may find the place handy ( especially if you want to kill time while waiting for your departure) or a bad suggestion if plan is to meet a date. It has the whole second floor of fast food dining options. You will see different kind of retail stores on its ground floor. Anything that you may need for your travel (out of emergency situation) can be found here. We came in here ( a walk from our hotel)as my sis -in law had rushes due to an allergic reaction and me for a replacement for the lost prescribed eye glasses reasons. We were able to see a pharmacy store that served to both our needs. Like a typical commuter station center, it also offers services like massage in a chair service, shoe shines service, flowers , etc. Only one thing that turned me off about this place, I did not like that I need to pay a coin to get into their restrooms.

I love this shoe store. Everything I saw was made in Italy or Spain and of great quality…read more Reasonable prices at around 65 GBP, but there is also a sale rack near the back. All shoes I've bought here have held up wonderfully and are super comfortable. The reason I rave about this company though is the customer service I received while making an international shipping order from their website. They were able to deliver to a tiny hotel in Lake Como, Italy, within a relatively limited time frame. They even called the hotel to ensure the package arrived when they couldn't reach me by cell phone. I couldn't be more grateful for their diligence.

The staff are overly friendly and helpful, one woman helped me choose my winter boots last year which my gran bought me for christmas. Whoop. The clientele are generally posh and have money to spend, so it is always really busy. I felt very inclassy in there, but nevermind! It is always fun to pretend. As well as office brand shoes, they have bigger names such as red or dead. This office has some of the more expensive range on offer. A good place to get some shoesies at an affordable price!

Emma Hope is mostly known for her divine wedding shoes, but she also happens to make some pretty amazing boots as well as all sorts of lovely dress shoes. I eventually ended up buying three pair of shoes -- I know, I know, I cried when I got the bill too -- and the boots are some of my favorites ever. I never fail to get compliments on them and even after over three years of use, they still look amazing. (I take good care of them though and have a great English cobbler in my neighborhood who makes sure of it.) These are some of the nicest, best made shoes you will find anywhere. It's probably a good thing that she doesn't have any shops in the US (yet).

Don't be put off by the title: this no-frills shop sells classic, timeless styles (think Brogues and Oxfords) by some top quality brands, such as Loake, as well as workwear, including Dr Martens (though I personally think the quality of 'docs' has gone down-hill of late - don't worry, that have other brands). The shoes aren't seconds either, so the discount is genuine. Strutton Ground itself is always worth a look - it's an odd survivor, with the feel of a small, slightly down-at-heel town centre street, right off busy Victoria Street. There's a small market there most days.
