He built a lower wall to enclose the back patio. Eventually it will be screened in. He reset my exterior doors that previously I had to jiggle to close. Other subcontractors who worked for me commented on the quality. He left my job site cleaner than he found it and was always polite and kept me up to date on progress. I'm hoping to hire him again soon to set interior doors and do trim work.
