The customer service is good but I have never known the store not to be busy, so expect to have to queue for a few minutes at the tills.

They also provide a minor ailment service which enable you to get certain prescription goods without actually having to go to see a doctor, altho you do need to fill in a form and have your nhs number available to put on the form.

Although this store closes at 8pm during the week, the pharmacy is open until midnight, so if there is any medicines or you need a prescription late at night, this is the place to go. The store is clean and bright and the areas are clearly signed, which makes things easier when looking for a specific product. There is plenty of parking available on site, although it can get busy at weekends and Christmas.
