DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! We've had to report this Pharmacy to the National Pharmaceutical Council TWICE, in just 8 months - both times for very serious dispensing errors. They consistently make errors, 'forget' to collect prescriptions, even though they have been asked to, and often don't deliver when they say they will. When we complained, on the most recent occasion, the Pharmacist (a very rude man, called Enrique), kept chuckling, as if the serious issue was amusing... If your prescription is important (and what prescription isn't?), DON'T touch these clowns with a bargepole - they WILL let you down. I've been a customer at Newington since the day it opened and it is really one the best pharmacy's in Hull. They offer 100% Customer satisfaction and care. The staff are friendly, welcoming and always helpful. They offer the best service. When I can't get to the shop, the delivery is always there, with friendly drivers who come right to your door, and it's free. When you go into the shop it's self, you are not only a customer, but your made to feel like a friend. I never have to wait for long and even when the shop is really!
