They MAKE you carry around a basket. The biggest issue I have is the a flippant response from the female sales associate (never got her name.) "It's our store policy!" And she delivers it with an attitude. Really?! That's How you deliver the message? Try this on for size.... "Forgive us please... we are thrilled you are here and want to give you a great experience. Our license means we are a Shopping Experience with our open floor plan and as such we are required to have our guests carry the cart. I hope you'll understand?" See how that Feels? So I'm from SoCal in town for a bike trip on the mountain. Took a few spills at the start of the weekend, and went here to pick up some CBD. And this place is LEGIT. Very open space. The gentlemen who helped us was very well educated and very friendly. This shop definitely doesn't pressure you or follow you around while you shop. Floor plan is open and you can actually look at the packaging on what your shopping for. Most shops have everything behind a counter and you gotta ask the sales person to look at. She was very friendly and made sure to tell me all about the deals/sales in the store to make sure I was making the best purchase possible. Having been to dispensaries in Colorado, Washington, and now here in Cali, I have to say this was, by far, my favorite experience. The selection is phenomenal, the prices are more than competitive (be sure to check the "Sale" shelves along the wall), but most importantly, the two guys that were working were absolutely phenomenal. I told them what all we needed (literally supplies for 160-mile hike) and that we had a budget, and they helped me figure it out every step of the way. Wow. I went in for a CBD salve, having ganked my neck skiing. I was shocked at the huge selection - full line of Mary's Medicinals and Papa & Barkley, plus a lot of Flow Kana in addition to all the teas, bath soaks, patches and tinctures you could ever want. Super knowledgeable staff even hooked me up with some Flow Kana swag since I'm a big fan. They have Bloom and Heavy Hitter cartridges, a wall of flower, and many many more products I didn't even get to glance at. What I really liked is that there wasn't a crazy line, and all the product is out on the floor like a regular drugstore so you can look at it and touch the packaging etc, unlike the more bartender setting I'm used it - kept arms length from product. So impressed I wish this was closer to home. I'll definitely be back when I'm here next. Plus super knowledgeable staff, the best I've encountered anywhere. read more

I was in this shop mid July and was impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff and their wide selection of choice products. What makes these guys different is that when I bought some cannabis cartridges for my Kandy Pens C-Box atomizer it turned out that the C-Box was not as universal as one would think and the cartidges did not fit (right threads, etc. but wrong diameter hole, beware the C-Box) and when I returned and explained the problem they comped me a pen to fit the cartidges!
