She has also been great at assisting whether we went to the office, phoned her or via email. I don't think I've mentioned a place yet that she hasn't personally traveled to and that is such a plus to be working with someone with that experience when you are making plans. We will definitely be back for our next adventure and have already recommended Maupin and Michele to others.

She has arranged numerous trips for us, but more importantly, she has rescued us and our family members numerous times. Just this week she advised our nephew on how to fly his family back to Israel after Air France cancelled his flight five days ahead of time. She arranged a Camino de Santiago de Compustela trip last year that I consider one of my best ever trips. She and her partner, Eric, are phenomenal!

**** Update - My message to the owner, who's now just a liar…read more Hi Christine - When I read this, I felt horrible. Did I really just give a poor review to the wrong company? I'd feel terrible. Something in my gut told me that it was you I spoke with though - So, I went back and pulled up my phone records for last month and Yes, Mam - we spoke. You called me back after I had left you a message on July 25th @ 4:39 pm from phone number 919-589-2437 and we spoke for 12 mins. I did enjoy my vacation, by the way. Thanks!

This was the worst mistake of my life hiring this heartless woman to book a honeymoon. From the…read morevery start she was not very helpful or descriptive about my options. Don't expect for her to get back with you until she is ready,(unless your pockets are fat) and then she will rush you off the phone. I was excited about our honeymoon and put down a deposit. My fiance lost her job and was out of work for three months. This put a lot of financial burden on us. We decided to book our own room at a local beach and cancel. She wanted us to stay with her and work something out, but I didn't feel helping us was on her mind and felt pressed as she ask me questions like are you going with another agent, ummmm no we have to pay for our own wedding and now we have hardly any funds. I just wanted a refund minus any penalty. Then she sends me an invoice so she could cancel our reservation. I already gave a hefty deposit its beyond me why she can't take out penalty from deposit. None of these policies were gone over or explianed when I booked this in the beginning. Then she says on the phone "I don't get paid unless you travel what am I going to get for all my hard work?" WOW really? This really made me upset and made my fiance Livid she called and of course could not get through and left some angry voice mails. She tried to throw these back in my face by sending them in attachments back at me in an email. If she explained all of this from the beginning all of this miscommunication could have been avoided. Whatever happened to customer service? This is money that I worked hard for and wanted to enjoy a honeymoon with my lady. She had no sympathy or understanding about my situation. then she doubled the penalty for cancellation after she got off the phone. She claimed I was rushing her off the phone, but I was at work at my Full Time Job and had to get back to it. At this point I am probably never going to see the significant deposit amount credited back to my card and now im stuck paying interest on a horrible experience. Buyer beware! She has no care except to fill her pockets.

I shared some of the ideas I had and they took it from there! I had a lot of other planning that needed to go into the trip - so it was really helpful that they were able to take the load off in choosing the destinations, hotels and selecting activities in each of the cities. They also kept me in check by following up regularly and scheduling occasional zoom calls to make sure everything was lining up the way I'd envisioned. I was so impressed with their hotel selections and general travel knowledge - it really shows their passion for travel and creating amazing experiences for their clients. Their services also don't end when the trip begins - they provide access to your daily itinerary through an app - with clickable links to destinations and activities. They also are able to accommodate last minute changes - when I ended up with a cold on the 2nd day - they were able to modify my future reservations so that I could stay in one location longer to recover. Overall the services they provided were priceless and I will continue to have them plan my future personal and business travel.
