The process was very gentle. I barely noticed any fluid movement occurring until it was time to flow out. This was my first time and I did see a rope like worms in the toilet immediately following the cleanse session. Successfully completed about 70-75% which is better than expected for a first colonic. I didn't need to poop almost a full day and a half after... nothing nefarious to report for any poop onward, just from brief glances, no stick to poke, no microscope to investigate inside and out lol. This is a tremendously long, overdue review for Megan. I started seeing her earlier this year due to chronic constipation and bloating. I have always wanted to try colonics but never took the time to research. She was very informative over the phone. Educated me on closed vs. open system use. She uses closed system (which is fantastic). All the poop and bad intestinal toxins are nicely contained. I love the clear window to observe your poop and things pass by lol My first visit, I brought my husband and my girls to see what it was about. She started by doing an assessment and showing how the system works. My girls were greatly entertained. My husband also had an educational moment since he has never done it before either (he fortunately does not have the issue of constipation).
