It is just as beautiful as i remember it. There are many buildings where you will participate or can participate in various things . There are also several hiking trails available to you to use. There are currently a lot of moose in the area so if you go up and are out on the trails be sure to be on the look out. The day retreat started with some art. (this was okay, I went because my friend is into art. if i had been on my own i would have opted to go hiking instead during this time) After this was a break and then yoga class. Then lunch. They have a homemade vegetarian/vegan lunch. You can request gluten free in advance. Their food is seriously amazing! It is worth the price of the day retreat just to come and enjoy the food! It is so so good! After lunch, you can do an hour of volunteer work in the kitchen. It is the kind thing to do especially since the prices of their retreats are actually pretty afforable. give back. After that you have a couple of hours of free time to go do what you please. There is a pond you could kayak/canoe on. Or bring up your paddleboard. go hiking. Sit in the reading room. Sit on one of the hammocks in the trees. go meditate. so many choices! After that you can come back for an afternoon yoga class, and then dinner! Again so yummy! It is rare to find some place that can make such delicious homemade vegan and gluten free food. After that they do some ceremonial stuff, you can choose to participate in that or not. Highly recommend having a retreat here, it was very relaxing.

Easy booking, easy check-in and out. The food is awesome and even with the combo of a big appetite and vegetarian food I never ate the beef jerky I brought as a backup. The not so basics: You just have to experience this place for yourself - It's like some kind of vortex. Doing yoga and meditating up there is just different, more real somehow. Not many places like this around.

I had an awesome visit there today, complete with one of the best massages I've ever had (Jenny!), and I tried out about 8 or 9 of the 16 pools that were open. The bathroom was clean and overall fine, nothing fancy. Lots of steps to get to the various pools, so this wouldn't be a great visit for anyone with mobility impairment. A couple additional tips: --When you're using your favorite map app, make sure you get directions to the actual place (resort and spa), NOT to the town itself. Once you're in town, you'll have zero cell service. --Is the place a bit rustic and quirky? Yes, and that's part of the charm. The indoor lounge area looks like the set of Roseanne and probably hasn't been updated since the early 90's. But it's cozy and welcoming, there are snacks for sale, and a free coffee/tea bar. --good spots to hang out and relax around the property if you need a break from soaking; just a few are under cover if it's super sunny or raining/snowing. Lastly - I've been to several hot springs around the state of CO and this might be my new favorite. Well worth a visit!

While my husband and I are glad we checked off the experience, I can't say we would go back. The amenities do the job: showers, changing stalls, lockers, etc - but they are unkept and need an upgrade (ex: the curtains aren't wide enough and they're moldy). The variety of pools/water temps are nice, but they all look like they've seen better days. Parking is free, don't count of having cell service.

After moving to Denver I was hopeful that I would be able to connect with a center and I was delighted to find that there is a thriving community here. I was able to quickly locate the available classes, purchase both individual classes, and now a membership. This weekend was an online retreat and I found it easy to attend and follow along. The sound and video were fantastic and the classes started and ended on time, which I greatly appreciate. Now that I've signed up for a monthly membership, I'm looking forward to taking a stroll around the lake to class as weather and pandemic restrictions allow.

It was a great experience. Now I visit when I can. Their downtown space is very cool and peaceful inside, and people are very welcoming. You don't need to bring anything. They have cushions and comfy chairs. I bring a notebook; Kadam Lucy always has something I want to remember. PARKING: People complain about parking downtown, but it's not so bad. There are two parking lots basically next door, so it's not hard to find. The one on Glenarm is $5 for the day except when there's something big going on downtown, and then it's $20. When it's $20, I go to the parking lot behind it (other side of the alley). It'll be $10. But street parking works too. The teachers are aware to keep the class short enough for the meter :-). And Sundays are free parking.
