It was a difficult time, but with the help of Mr. Bohlen, issues were resolved. His willingness to try to work out several things with me helped me to close matters to mutual satisfaction. I would recommend that if an issue with RPM Express arises? That you reach out to Mr. Bohlen if you have any difficulty resolving them in the usual fashion. I was satisfied with the outcome. We signed here for the indoor/outdoor pool with 24/7 access. They changed the rule to close at 11pm shortly after moving in. We found this out last night when this horrible lady came in yelling at us and clapping her hands at 11pm about giving us lease violations and threatening eviction. We had our ESA service animal with us and they charged us $120 for this (illegal) and $120 for pool after hours. Completely unprofessional and she shouldn't be employed any longer. The halls smell like weed every other day, I've witnessed drug deals outside our apartment. A girls car window got smashed in the other day. The police are here every other weekend. The apt provided WiFi is in out all day and hardly works. They say the pool rules are for safety but obviously just to save money on insurance. Terrible place to live.

They rarely fixed things, there was always dog poop in the back area so my kids couldn't play outside. They are built on concrete with cheap laminate flooring that is hard as stone and my kids would get hurt on the floor, even with a rug. They were drafty. These are just the tip of the iceberg with issues we had while living there. Additionally, they would not let us out early on the lease (2 months early because we bought a house), even after 7 years living there and never once being late on rent, now they are offering two months free. Believe me, you would be much better off somewhere else. There is a reason there are multiple units empty now. They even came EARLY to change the locks on the unit we were still renting (we had moved out but had a couple things still in the garage). We were still paying rent and utilities and they had changed the locks!!!!!
