So I called my insurance company and they gave me a list of trusted providers for water damage restoration, EnviroCare was one of them and closest to the property so we called them up. They came within an hour of calling and immediately started extracting the water from the basement. The techs were very professional and explained how it works, apparently they take care of everything with the insurance company and I don't pay anything out of pocket! That was great to learn that. I was expecting to get hit with a $5000 bill after the insurance is done with me. They cleaned the water, dried the place for a few days with huge fans and dehumidifiers, then started the restoration of the walls, carpets and parts of the ceiling. They were done in exactly 6 days from the moment they arrived and started working. Even the insurance adjuster was impressed. I hope I won't need EnviroCare again but if I have another flood they're the only ones I will call and recommend. You guys are awesome!

They just completed a mold remediation issue in our ceiling and it looks like new! Ansony also connected us with a great plumber/contractor who fixed the leak causing the mold in the first place. Highly recommend him and his team for any damage repair needs.

We had such a bad experience with exceptionally rude receptionists and "upselling" at larger companies (ServPro) just trying to get an estimate for mold and water damage, so it was refreshing to work with Ansony. We noticed mold and water damage in a corner of our home and Ansony was able to come out to give an estimate shortly after we called. After a few weeks of us dealing with insurance, we noticed some additional damage elsewhere in the home. We reached back out to Damage Squad once we had things squared away with insurance to have them check out the additional damage and they came the next day to reevaluate and update their estimate. The changes were very reasonable--Ansony understood our budget and made it very clear what was necessary to address (i.e., mold) versus what could wait (i.e, more cosmetic things). So we signed the contract that day. Damage Squad came the next morning. Incredible. It's hard to find someone you feel like you can trust for home improvement, but Ansony clearly knows what he's doing and I never felt like he was trying to "upsell" or overcharge us. I felt like he genuinely made decisions and recommendations as if our home was his home, and he and his team treated it as such. I usually only go for providers with many reviews, but my gut said go with Ansony, and I'm so glad we did. Would 110% recommend Damage Squad.

A quick yelp and Google search for a carpet cleaning company brought me to this guys. I called pretty bummed and freaked out. I was answered immediately (8:30AM mind you) and spoke to Mike (Later on I found out he's one of the owners). He calmed me down said not to panic, told me they don't have anyone available until late afternoon but that they'll be sure to put me on they're scheduled the very same day. About 30 minutes later Mike called to let me know that all of the technicians were booked but instead of letting me down he said that he'll come and take care of in person. I was so impressed with his customer service and shocked by his dedication. After the carpet cleaning service was done the stain was completely gone, the carpet looked as if nothing happened to it and Mike made sure that all was taken care of. I highly recommend this company, good people are a rare commodity this days, this folks won't let you down. 5 stars all the way!
