I have been in the Customer Service industry (in several different industries) for over 47 years and I have to say, Josh Cesarec is one of the most Professional, no pressure, responsive, and kind Reps I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He responded to my request for quote, provided a quote which looked 'too good to be true'... I told him I needed to think about it. He, unlike 'all the other' Reps from different companies, did NOT hound me daily via email or text messages. Instead, he replied with, "I'm here for you when you decide".... and he was. It was like weeks before I reached back out to him and he was right there for me. That meant so much to me. THANK YOU Josh for your Professionalism and Kindness.

I…read morewas talking with someone who understood the product and my needs within a minute of dialing in, not stuck on hold for hours listening to static musack. Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with Matt at Bradley Blessing - State Farm in Belleview FL, working up quotes for my various vehicles (car, truck, motorcycle, rv). He was so patient, had great information, and took the time to explain and clarify my questions / concerns. I've been an insured driver for many years (got the white hairs to prove it) and even with all those years of buying insurances, I still learned some new things about what my coverages actually cover.

I needed a notary last minute and changed my schedule on him a few times with little to or no notice and he didn't even complain once. He made himself available and even ran home after church last minute to pick up his notary stuff late at night after working all day because I needed him today. He pays attention to detail and one can tell he is a good, hard worker and deserves your business. I wouldn't give my money to any other notary again. Last week I used a different notary at a local UPS store and she actually DID IT WRONG! Not messing with any other notary again. I didn't have change for the correct monetary amount and he even offered to take less than the amount I owed him! If this doesn't say how stand up he is, I don't know what does. Support small businesses and hard-working people! Call him and schedule your appointment today. Directv contracts with MasTec in Ocala,Fl. and so MasTec sent out a service technician to repair the satellite. First I would like to point out that I only know the first name of the service technician that showed up. His name is Michael. (I should have asked him his last name). But the reason I am writing this review is to let you all know that Michael was the most pleasant, professional and knowledgeable service technician that I have come across in a great while. It seems that customer service in most places is non-existant, but MasTec must train their employees well, as I was very impressed. Michael called prior to showing up, showed up on time, was extremely pleasant, explained everything he was doing and showed me what parts failed and why. He quickly troubleshot the problem and figured out why we had no signal and quickly got the satellite working again.
